If you want to apply for a character at Digital Dive, simply take one of the forms below and reply to this post.

Applications will now be judged on a rotation cycle. Applications can be submitted throughout the entire month, but they will only be judged, rejected, or sent back for revision in the last two weeks of any calendar month.

New to Digital Dive, you can now use the Dive Tests Network to act in place of the RP Sample or D-Comm Network Post. You can only use it for one, however! Further details for how this works can be found here.

Before you apply, there are a few points we'd like to make known:

  • If you wish to app a character from a movie, video game, or other work released in individual (read, not regular), we'd like to ask that you wait for 30 days out of consideration for spoilers.

  • Most applications are judged on a two strikes your out policy, with applicants being given one chance to correct aspects of an app that the moderators feel are lacking or in error. However, if the majority of the application has numerous faults, the moderators reserve the right to reject an app wholesale. In the case of a rejected application, you must wait a full month before applying or reserving for them again, and in that time, the character you have applied for is still considered up for grabs.

  • Because all situations and canons are different, the moderators reserve the rights to question an application's merit and communicate with the applicant about the matter. This can range from how long the canon has been running, the point in which the character is being applied for, concerns of potential canon-mates, and whatever other necessary situations may arise.

  • We've provided explanations for each section, so please read over them before you apply!

Name and personal journal: List the name you'd like to be called along with your personal journal, if you have one.

Contact: List the methods by which you can be contacted here, including email, instant messagers, or anything else. We must have some means of getting hold of you outside Dreamwidth itself.

Player's Age: Please list your personal age. We ask presently that players be over the age of 16.

Character/Canon: List the character's name and the canon they originate from. If your character is an original creation, regardless of origin, please indicate this.

Character Type: Is your character a main character, a secondary character, a background character, or an OC?

Tamer Class: Please specify whether you are applying for a Soul Tamer, Matrix Tamer, Spirit Tamer, Xros Tamer, or a Digimon on its own. If you are uncertain of which to select, refer to the respective write-ups on Tamer classes.

Furthermore, if you are applying for a Spirit OR Xros Tamer, we would like you to explain why you believe it would fit your character.

Understand that we can and will, if necessary, deny or ask you change your Tamer Class if it is deemed ill-fitting of the character. This does not count as a strike towards rejection, however, except under circumstances when we determine the Class to be ill-fitting and the applicant doesn't comply.

If you don't understand the Class System well and are uncertain of what to pick, you can either ask a moderator, or simply choose "Soul Tamer" as the default option as it is the easiest to manage. You can always change you Class later!

Character appearance: Post an image of your character's appearance, or post a description if you don't have one.

Character age: List your character's age.

Digimon partner(s)/Spirit/Xros Army: If you are applying for a Soul or Matrix Tamer, please list the digimon you have selected for your partner. This digimon must be at the Child level or lower. You need not determine the rest of its evolution line at this time, and even if you do, you may change it at any time provided you haven't already depicted it as evolving into something else. If your Digimon is a fan creation, please indicate this.

If you are applying for a Spirit Tamer, simply state whether you have chosen the Spirit of Fire, Light, Wind, Ice, Thunder, Steel, Water, Wood, Earth, Darkness, or Corrupted Darkness.

If you are applying for a Xros Tamer, due to the fact that these require more information, we require you to list your army's main partner, their super evolution, and the remaining members of their army.

If you are applying for a character who is a Digimon, feel free to leave this blank. However, if said Digimon is an original creation, please indicate this. We are also not accepting applications for Digimon characters who are the Ultimate/Mega level that do not originate from an existing canon - simply put, you would be allowed to apply for BlackWarGreymon from the Digimon Adventure 02 anime, but not an original character who is a BlackWarGreymon.

In general, if you have trouble coming up with a Digimon Partner, you can feel free to ask the community over AIM, the moderators, or refer to sites such as the Digital Monster Almanac or Wikimon.

Xros Ups: If you are applying for a Xros Tamer, we need to know the Xros Ups your Tamer will be able to form from your Primary Partner, what they're called, and what they can do, including attacks and any other special abilities. Note, that this section is also important for determining you have a grasp of the Digi-Xros concept, so this is where you will show that knowledge. This section is not on the app for non-Xros Tamers.

Character history: Describe your character's history. If you're going to go into great, extensive detail, you won't be denied, but note that we do not need a novel written. Quality comes before quantity, and we simply want to know you understand and grasp the canon you are apping from, as well as give us context so we can better understand the following sections. So, please write it out in a concise, but informative manner.

Note however, that for original characters we will hold this section up to much higher standards. An original character can be rejected based on factors ranging from background quality or just seeming to be a poorly conceived character.

Character personality: Describe your character's personality in an informative, but concise, manner. This is one of the most important aspects of the application, to really show you understand the character and where they might be coming from. The raised standards for original characters also applies here.

Digimon partner personality: Describe your Digimon's personality in an informative, but concise manner. Your Digimon are characters too, and just as important as their Tamer. If you are applying for a Xros Tamer or a Tamer with multiple partners, you must list personality for ALL Digimon. Each one will be held up to the same standards as a single partner. If you are apping a Spirit Tamer, you can skip or remove this section.

Character abilities: Describe your character's abilities. Keep in mind that all offensive powers must be scaled down to the Adult level. Most powers that rely on external sources outside the Digital World generally won't function, though there can be the occasional exception depending on how it's described. Keep in mind this is also an important part of determining whether or not the Tamer Class you have selected for your character is right for them.

Please focus on the character's primary, distinct abilities. If the character has a multitude of attacks or spells, free to link to a wiki or other listing that covers said arsenal of powers, but this cannot substitute for the entire ability write-up.

If your character's abilities exceed that which is deemed fair towards the role play in general, you may be asked to tone them down.

On another note, Dive does consider allowing characters to arrive with piloted mecha. This is subject to certain scrutiny, of course, and is judged in comparison to the character's personal abilities outside of the suit and how much their character revolves around the use of said machine.

Sample RP: Please give us a third person role-play sample, depicting your character and their partner(s) interacting. Both sample sections are very important to show your character's voice, and your ability to write your character from a prose perspective, as this will make up a large potential chunk of your role playing in the Logs community.

Sample D-Comm Network Post: Please give us a role play sample from the perspective of posting from the D-Comm Network. It is, effectively, like posting in an online journal or social networking site. Again, we are trying to get a feel for your character's voice.

This is the app for Soul, Spirit, and Matrix Tamers, as well as standalone digimon characters.

This is the app for Xros Tamers:

    Banned Digimon partners:

Keep in mind that some digimon are not allowed as digimon partners or components in an evolution line. These digimon are as follows:

    Lucemon (all forms)
    Arkadimon (all forms)
    Apocalymon
    Death-X-mon
    Ogudamon
    Omegamon
    Susanoomon
    Chaosmon
    UltimateChaosmon
    Millenniummon
    Moon=Millenniumon
    ZeedMillenniumon
    Gizmon (all forms)
    DarknessBagramon
    Quartzmon

In addition, with a few notable exceptions, most "Mode Changes" are not acceptable at this time, and you must select the basic version of those Ultimates. The exceptions are Imperialdramon Dragon Mode and Fighter Mode, both of which can be selected as indvidual Digimon, and Duftmon Leopard Mode, which is a component of Duftmon's abilities.

You may reply to this post with your application.

    Player's Age: 28

Character/Series: Tsubomi Hanasaki/Cure Blossom, Heartcatch Pretty Cure

    Character Type: Main

    Tamer Class: Spirit

Character appearance: Both normal and Cure forms

    Character age: 14

Digimon partner(s)/Spirit/Evolution Line: Lalamon -> Kabukimon -> Lilymon -> Rosemon

Character history: Tsubomi is the oldest daughter of Mizuki and Youichi Hanasaki and oldest granddaughter of Kaoruko Hanasaki. At a young age, her parents were always on the go, absorbed into their work while Kaoruko watched over young Tsubomi. While she enjoyed being with her grandmother, Tsubomi became increasingly lonely, finally breaking down after watching a mother bird tend to her young and realizing how lonely she was. It was just by chance the rest of her family caught this. Realizing how important their family was, her parents quit their jobs and decided to move where Kaoruko live, in the sleepy town of Kibougahana. On her way to the town, though, Tsubomi had a dream. A dream of a purple-haired woman calling herself "Cure Moonlight" fighting a demon-winged woman by a tree and being defeated, her last words calling for the creatures near her to find her replacement and to have them protect the "Great Heart Tree".

Shrugging off the dream, Tsubomi made her way to her first day of school and was practically shanghaied by a very energetic classmate named Erika Kurumi. Despite the girl trying to make Tsubomi feel at home, her energy put off Tsubomi and she broke contact with her. However, this set the stage for Tsubomi's own change when, after visiting a hillside overlooking the town, she had a close-encounter with the two creatures from her dream - face-first. The creatures were fairies named Chypre and Coffret and, because of her dream, she was now chosen to become the latest "Pretty Cure". Tsubomi didn't understand a lick of this until another woman showed up - the Desert Apostle known as Sasorina. Having turned the down-trodden Erika into a Desertian, Tsubomi was forced to become a Pretty Cure, calling herself "Cure Blossom" and... spectacularly failing, being dubbed "The Weakest Pretty Cure Ever". However, she found herself rescued by a mysterious handsome stranger and would wake up, restored to normal, in her grandmother's greenhouse. There, Tsubomi learned that she was once a Pretty Cure (the greatest ever, Cure Flower) and that the odd creature always in the greenhouse was her fairy companion, Coupe. The Desertian's return, however, forced Tsubomi to confront it once more and finally defeat the beast, rescuing Erika. Through this, Tsubomi finally broke down and decided to try to be friends with Erika once more.

Soon after, it was revealed that Erika herself had the same dream Tsubomi had, thus making her material for being Pretty Cure. Initially, Erika turned it down, but seeing how cool it was (and that Tsubomi was in trouble), she took up the job and became Cure Marine. With the two united, the Heartcatch Pretty Cure team was born, facing down Sasorina and her Apostle companions, Cobraja and Kumojacky. During this time, Tsubomi met and fell head over heels for the Student Council President, Itsuki Myoudouin... which ended rather quickly when she learned Itsuki was a girl. However, when she became a Desertian, the two girls were able to rescue her, even though it meant Tsubomi doing so in her PJs. Their easy times came to an end when the demon-winged woman, the Dark Pretty Cure, returned and nearly killed them. This and many other encounters would prompt them to get stronger, especially after learning the identity of Cure Moonlight, Yuri Tsukikage, and why she can't fight anymore. Their fortunes would change with the birth of the third fairy, Potpourri, and his recruitment of Itsuki, turning her into Cure Sunshine.

Dark times were coming, though, and Kaoruko realized they weren't strong enough to face the coming evil. Gathering the three Cures and Yuri, Kaoruko lead them to the Pretty Cure Palace so they could take the test to see if they were worthy of holding the Heartcatch Mirage. Their opponent was the mysterious stranger that had saved Tsubomi and the others many times. Upon his defeat, Tsubomi found herself heartbroken again - the mysterious handsome stranger was Coupe in disguise! After obtaining the Heartcatch Mirage, their luck changed even more as, when the Desert Apostles and the Dark Pretty Cure appeared as one team, Yuri was able to face her past mistakes and return as Cure Moonlight, driving them off. The arrival of a Desert Devil on Earth forced the girls to take one last test to prove their worthiness - facing down the embodiment of their negative traits. While Yuri, Erika and Itsuki faced down and triumphed over their Mirages easily, Tsubomi had the most trouble, uncertain if she could change herself. At last, Tsubomi was able to go through it and unlock the full power of the Heartcatch Mirage. With their new power, the girls were able to defeat another attacking Desert Devil and, later on, purify Sasorina.

However, things would get tougher for the girls when the true evil attacking Earth, Dune, made his appearance. In short order, he defeated the team, kidnapped Kaoruko and regained his power, turning Earth into a desert by destroying the Great Heart Tree. Their failure nearly left the girls in despair, only to learn that those they had saved from being Desertians were also around and that they still had a chance. Taking the fight to Dune's fortress, Tsubomi and Yuri split up from Erika and Itsuki, rescuing Kaoruko and confronting the Dark Pretty Cure and Professor Sabaku, her creator. In the fight, Yuri and Tsubomi learned the truth of Sabaku - that he was her long lost father. With the Dark Pretty Cure regretfully killed, Dune returned and attempted to kill the three, only for Sabaku to take the shot and perish. Before Yuri could go into a Roaring Rampage of Revenge, Tsubomi was able to convince her to not fight with hate, but with love, reuniting Yuri's broken Precure Seed. Together, the two took the fight to Dune, aided by Itsuki and Erika. Despite their power, Dune was still too powerful and he threatened to smash the Earth with his own two fists, gloating that their love could never defeat his hate. Instead, using the power of the Heartcatch Mirage, the four fused into a powerful Pretty Cure, the Infinity Silhouette and, with a single punch, purified Dune and saved the Earth.

A few months later, Tsubomi would have returned to a simpiler life, this time as a big sister to boot.

(NOTE: During Tsubomi's early days, she and Erika visited a strange, girly amusement park called Fairy Park, invited by Chypre and Coffret. After reuniting with their fairies, they found themselves running into four other girls - Love, Miki, Buki and Setsuna - after a fairy named Chiffon decided to have a little bit of fun with telekinesis and Miracle Lights. As thanks for saving Tsubomi from being beaned upside the head and for being treated to some snacks, Tsubomi and Erika agreed to help Love and her friends find others they were waiting for (turns out Love lost their tickets and they couldn't get there before the others separated). After completely missing all of their friends, but enjoying the rides, their fun times came to an end when a group of villains appeared, intent on taking the Park's centerpiece, the Rainbow Jewel. While Love and her friends were surprised that Erika and Tsubomi were Pretty Cure, it would be those two even more surprised - Love, Miki, Buki and Setsuna were Cure Peach, Cure Berry, Cure Pine and Cure Passion, collectively known as the Fresh Pretty Cure! Their missing friends? Three previous teams of Pretty Cure! Temporarily separated from the other teams, Tsubomi and Erika were able to reach the Rainbow Jewel, only to end up facing down Bottom, the creature that sought its power. Their determination and hope, however, allowed the teams to unite and vanquish this powerful foe once and more all.

However, it's hard to really say if this was canon or not...)

Character personality: What makes Tsubomi much more different than her fellow pink-type Cures (Nagisa, Saki, Nozomi, and Love)? Unlike them, Tsubomi's the shy and quiet type. Thanks to years of poor self-esteem, Tsubomi at one point would rather hang back and not get involved. Becoming a Pretty Cure, joining two clubs and gaining a whole set of friends has changed that. Her one big goal in life is to finally change and stop being the shy and insecure girl that she is. However, her fight with her Mirage has shown her one thing: even though she wants to change, she can't change without embracing her past. Meaning that her being shy and insecure will always be a part of her. Despite being a bit adverse to being energetic, she tends to have panic attacks when things go off the rails and has to be calmed down. She's also shown to panic when the spotlight is shone on her, such as when she was in the Fashion Club's show.

As Cure Blossom, Tsubomi's shown to be much more open and willing to help others. She's a firm believer in not fighting with hate or malice, instead fighting with love. This is easily shown when she's willing to try to talk down her opponents and when she stopped Yuri from tearing Dune a new one in anger. However, despite this, Tsubomi DOES have limits and she'll gladly announce it with "My bag of tolerance has just snapped!" By this point, she's ready to purify her opponent and save the day. As well, she DOES have an odd habit of naming almost every physical attack that doesn't use feet a punch.

Digimon partner personality: Tsubomi's Lalamon is like how Tsubomi was when she first started out - shy, insecure, would rather shrink away and enjoy flowers. While not as severe as what Tsubomi went through, a number of problems, including the Digital World's constant upheavals has caused her to feel worthless. As a result, she'd be more than happy to run off and panic at the sign of trouble and will probably have to be coirced into fighting.

Character abilities: By herself, Tsubomi doesn't have any particular skills. Just a bit of clothing design, plenty of gardening tips and knowledge of the language of flowers.

However, when her fairy companion Chypre summons the Precure Seed and she sets it into the Kokoro Perfume, Tsubomi is able to transform into Cure Blossom. In this form, Tsubomi's strength, agility and endurance is increased significantly, allowing her to fight monsters head on. As well, she has a number of physical and energy attacks. She has the Blossom Shower, which allows her to fire energy petals at her opponent; the Blossom Flower Storm, which creates a tornado of flower petals around her, allowing her to attack her opponent in a spinning manner; the Blossom Impact, which gathers energy into one hand and unleashes it in a massive force; the Blossom Double Impact, which is the same thing but with two hands; and the Blossom Screw Punch, which is a Blossom Impact fired as an energy projectile. Her ultimate attack is the Pink Forte Wave, an attack that gathers energy into her main weapon, the Blossom Tact, then fires it at her opponent creating a devastating explosion on contact, usually leading to a purification if strong enough. Together with another Cure, Tsubomi can perform the Double Flower Fortissimo, where the Cures gather energy into their weapons, make a F-like sign in front of them and use the energy to fly and slam into their opponents.

As well, Tsubomi, through the help of Chypre, can fly when her partner transforms into the Cure Mantle cape.

    Sample RP: "EEEEEEEEK!"

One moment, Tsubomi was on her way to school, having bid her family good bye and ready to join her friend Erika. The next, she and "playing doll" companion Chypre were hurtling hundreds of feet to the ground.

"Tsubomi, hang on-desu!" Chypre chirped out, quickly converting into the Cure Mantle and wrapping around Tsubomi's neck, catching her.

"That... that was a close one..." Tsubomi said, catching he breath and readjusting her glasses. "But, where are we? This isn't Kibougahana...!"

"I wish I knew-desu!" Chypre said, landing Tsubomi on the ground and returning to normal... only to hear something ruffling in the bushes nearby, causing both to jump in surprise. "What's that?!"

"...one way to find out." Tsubomi said, steeling herself as she made her way to the source of the noise. From her school uniform, she pulled out the Kokoro Perfume, ready to transform if it's something big. Reaching the bushes, she pulled aside the branches to reveal... a cowering Lalamon. "...it's... some sort of flower...thing."

"P-Please... d-don't hurt me. I-I'll be good, honest!" the Lalamon said, cowering.

"...hurt you? You scared us-desu!" Chypre said. Tsubomi put away her henshin device and reached over to pick up the scared Digimon.

"Hey, don't worry. We won't hurt you! Promise!" Tsubomi said, strangely not weirded out by what she saw. "You have a name?"

"L...Lalamon." it said, trying to calm down. For some odd reason, the Pretty Cure and fairy looked at each other as if they recognized the name before returning to look at the creature.

"I'm Tsubomi and this is Chypre. Don't worry, you have nothing to worry about from us." Tsubomi said, reassuringly.

    Sample D-Comm Network Post: [Voice]

    Is this on...?

The little light's blinking-desu! I think it is!

Ah, right! Um, my name's Tsubomi. Tsubomi Hanasaki. I... think I'm completely and utterly lost. This isn't my home and I have no idea where to go or what to do. If someone can help me, I'd very much appreciate it!

Tsubomi, who are you talking to?

L-Lalamon, shh! I can't let them know about both!

    Eee, I'm sorry!

    Character Type: Main

    Tamer Class: Soul Tamer

    Character appearance:

    Character age: 20s.

Digimon partner(s)/Spirit/Evolution Line: "Machalchon" - Falcomon
For point of reference: Machalcon is an ancillary character from Gokaiger itself. He is the team's final mecha upgrade, a sentient robot car from the alternate "Engine World." He is the son of two main mecha (yes... I know) from Engine Sentai Go-onger, Speedor and BeaRV. Though he's sentient, he's also a giant robot race car and only has one episode in the entire series focused on him. Seeing as he is very much a side character, but regardless inducted by Marvelous as part of the crew, it only feels right to bring him in somehow. If this doesn't work, it can be changed.
mugennoken: (SUPER HERO TIME - 2011 Version 1)
    From: [personal profile] mugennoken
Character history: Marvelous is from space, though he is human. Humans exist in space, and where in space doesn't particularly matter. Just, he is from space. Growing up as a street urchin, basically, he had very little to his name, except for his name. At a young age in a moment of mortal peril, the Metal Hero known as Space Sheriff Gavan came to his rescue and gave him words of encouragement. As he grew, strife also began to grow across the universe. The "Zangyack Empire," under the rule of Ackdos Gil, was rising and conquering large portions of the universe. Marvelous learned to make a living off the backs of being a nuisance to them, and somehow always managed to survive his encounters. One thing he nearly didn't survive, though, was an encounter with a bounty hunter named Kiaido. Kiaido provided Marvelous with a taste of true, absolute fear that would haunt him for years to come, and it was an incident he barely escaped.

On the planet Earth, an event called the "Legend War" erupted as the Zangyack Empire attempted to overthrow them. They were countered and thwarted by the combined efforts of the 34 Super Sentai teams. From Goranger to Goseiger, they fought and gave the entirety of their powers to push back the Zangyack fleet. The powers scattered out across the universe, compacted into objects called "Ranger Keys." The embodiment of all Red Warriors, AkaRed, witnessed this, and set out across the universe to collect these powers. Becoming a pirate to counter ZangyacZangyack's forces, AkaRed would come across Marvelous and bring him into his crew aboard his ship, the Gokai Galleon, as they set out to gather the 194 Ranger Keys. Joined by another young man named Basco, and AkaRed's mysterious robot parrot companion, Navi, they became known as the Red Pirates... and developed into quite a pain in the Empire's rear.

After collecting most of the Keys, Marvelous, Navi, and AkaRed were sold out by Basco to the Empire. In the ensuing battle, AkaRed was seemingly lost, as he entrusted the Ranger Keys, Navi, and the Galleon to Marvelous, asking him to seek out the "Greatest Treasure in the Universe." As he set out on his own, Marvelous would also find something else aboard the Galleon hidden from him until that time - five devices called Mobirates, which allowed him to utilize the power of any Ranger Key, and five MORE Ranger Keys of a Super Sentai that had never existed. Marvelous became a "Gokaiger," Gokai Red. However, he obviously needed a crew.

On a remote planet, he discovered a Zangyack traitor on the run from their forces, Joe Gibkin. Seeing his resolve, Marvelous recruited him and Joe became Gokai Blue. When raiding a Zangyack ship's vault, they came across a feisty female thief, Luka Millfy, who was interest in their promise of the Greatest Treasure, and became Gokai Yellow. When the Galleon was broke down and they needed a way to get in the air again, the came across an eccentric mechanical genius, Don Dogoier, whom they nicknamed "Doc." He became Gokai Green. After the planet Famille was destroyed by the Empire, the last survivor of its royal family, the Princess Ahim de Famille, requested to join their crew so that she could oppose the Empire and show her remaining people she was alive and fighting. Despite not proving to be the most adept fighter at first, Ahim became Gokai Pink.

The five together were the Pirate Sentai Gokaiger, and became such a problem for the Zangyack that their bounties started to skyrocket. When united together, they could utilize the four other "Gokai Machines" inside Gokai Galleon to create "Gokai-Oh," a powerful giant robot that they took great pleasure in using to wreck any Zangyack fleet they came across. Eventually, their search led them to the planet Earth, where a small Zangyack search fleet was scouting it to invade again. This small fleet was immediately wiped out as Gokai-Oh busted through its blockade on its way to Earth.

Once on the planet, though, their search for the Greatest Treasure is cut short as a larger fleet appears in the scouting one's place. Headed by the ship "Gigant Horse," this fleet was one commanded by Ackdos Gil's son, the Prince Walz Gil. The Zangyack prepare to invade, and the Gokaigers themselves prepare to get the hell out of town after their lunch is ruined... when they come across a group of school children and their teachers being threatened at gunpoint by Zangyack troops. They intervene, revealing their presence to the world, and their ability to utilize the powers of the past Super Sentai. However, they shrug off any praise and continue along their merry way.

Navi begins to have one of her first "Treasure Navigation" sessions, wherein she becomes briefly able to spout off brief clues to where their search must lead them next, this time being a "man in black." Marvelous soon runs into a kid who snatches his Shinken Red key, as he questions why they have these powers if they're not going to use them to save people. As another Action Commander attacks, Marvelous hands over his Mobirates to allow the kid to transform into Shinken Red, and quickly gets his ass kicked. Taking the Key and Mobirates back, Marvelous and his crew leave...

...to quickly dispatch of the attacking Zangyack forces again. Later, when dealing with another Action Commander, they come across the aforementioned "man in black" - namely, the former Magi Red, Kai. After Doc proves his courage to Kai, they come into possession of their first "Ultimate Power," that of the Magirangers. This allows them to summon a mecha known as Magi Dragon, which is able to combine with Gokai-Oh.

As time goes on, they trade off dealing with Zangyack threats to their treasure hunt, which just so happens ends up with them saving the world on occasion, and searching for former Super Sentai members to obtain their teams' Ultimate Powers. Marvelous ends up encountering Doggie Cruger, former Deka Master of Dekaranger, and proves that a cop can trust a pirate when the going gets tough, earning that power, and the mecha Pat Striker.

They subsequently earn the Gekirangers' power from Geki Red, and the Gaorangers' from Gao Red, which earns them the mecha Gao Lion. Not all former Sentai members are friendly, however. Shiba Kaoru, one of the many people in her family that has held the title of Shinken Red, confronts the Gokaigers' and demands her team's powers returned, attacking them. Joe faces off against her, but a Zangyack attack prevents it from continuing. Marvelous is injured in the resulting battle, while Joe learns a Zangyack soldier named Barizorg is his former mentor Cid brainwashed into a cyborg. The Gokaigers end up earning Kaoru's trust, and the Shinkengers' Ultimate Power, which allows Gao Lion to combine with Gokai-Oh to create Shinken Gokai-Oh. Soon after, they gain the Carrangers' power from Red Racer.

However, then things go badly. Basco returns as a privateer authorized by the Empire, with a sidekick monkey named Sally. Basco turns out to have gotten hold of several Ranger Keys himself - those belonging to most of the "sixth Rangers" of the Sentai teams. Wielding a trumpet that lets him create clone warriors from the powers, he defeats the Gokaigers and captures Marvelous' crew with an ultimatum - trade them for the rest of the Keys. Marvelous and Navi end up calling Basco's bluff and manage to free the others. They then defeat the cloned Sixth Warriors, obtaining their Keys in the process.

Following this, they come into conflict with another past team, the entirety of Tensou Sentai Goseiger. The Goseigers steal their own powers' Keys back, and come into battle with the Gokaigers on multiple occasions. However, the enemy of the first Sentai, Black Cross King, returns and manages to steal all but the Gokaiger and Goseiger Ranger Keys. The angels and pirates are forced to form a begrudging alliance, and in the end they earn the acceptance and Ultimate Powers of 11 Sentai teams, including Goranger and Goseiger. Goranger grants them the form of Goren Gokai-Oh, which they use to kill Black Cross King. The Goseigers return the Keys to the Gokaigers for the time being, trusting them.

Suddenly, there comes the appearance of another Gokaiger - Ikari Gai, Gokai Silver, an earthling. It turns out he received his powers from the spirits of three dead Sixth Rangers after his own near death experience. Marvelous at first takes Gai's Key and changer from him, until he proves why he would be a worthy addition to the crew. As Gai proves to be willing to fight Zangyack with powers or not, Marvelous finds his dedication impressive and allows him to join the crew. From there, they come into another encounter with Basco, as he reveals to have even MORE Ranger Keys - the Keys belonging to the various extra Rangers beyond the main six of most teams. During this fight, they recover the Key of Black Knight Hyuuga, and gain the Gingaman's Ultimate Power.

While they had already received Boukenger's Ultimate Power in the Black Cross King incident, Bouken Red - Akashi - comes to the Gokaigers for help, which they offer. The encounter leads Marvelous to remember various past moments with AkaRed. Little did Marvelous realize that Akashi himself had encountered AkaRed five years prior. Ahim & Luka obtain the power of GoGo V from Go Pink in another fight with Basco. Then, the children of past Hurricanger enemies arrive to help the Empire. This is thwarted by the help of the three main Hurricangers, and they reclaim their former powers briefly to assist the Gokaigers in battle. This also nets the pirates the Hurricanger power, in the form of the mecha Furaimaru.

Kiaido arrives on Earth to collect the Gokaigers' bounty, and is at first more of a force than they can reckon with. This messes with Marvelous' mind, and he receives guidance from the spirit of Yuki Gai, former Black Condor of Jetman. With that, they use the Jetman powers to defeat Kiaido and gain that team's power, while Yuki Gai's spirit returns to Heaven with his work done. The former Abare Blue shows them the true strength of Abaranger's Ultimate Power, while in searching for a former Liveman member Joe comes to a realization about Barizorg.

Basco, meanwhile, had been forcefully taking the Ultimate Powers of three other teams, and moves to blackmail Oh Red of Ohranger into a position where the same will happen to him. The Gokaigers intervene and stop this, defeating the remainder of Basco's Ranger Key clones. However, Basco ends up showing he isn't human - the human face was merely a disguise, and he's actually an extremely powerful alien who hands the team their asses. Afterwards, Doc uses the Ohranger's power to create a new weapon, the Gokai Galleon Buster. Gai, then, encounters Ryuu Ranger of Dairanger and obtains that power.

The team comes to assist Sousuke, Go-on Red of Go-onger, in traveling to another world to help his team's "Engine Partners" that have come into trouble. However, when the returned forces of Go-onger's enemy, Gai-Ark, locks them all in another reality, they have to find two of the Engines' son, Machalcon - a giant mecha race car - so that he can traverse the boundaries and get them home. The Engines have the ability to transcend dimensional barriers, but the rest of them are lacking in power now. Machalcon is a wild child, but Marvelous and the others are able to get him to settle down and help, and he's basically made a member of the team. Using the Go-onger's Ultimate Power then allows them to summon Machalcon, and combine him with Gokai-Oh.

Walz Gil receives a gift from his father - a powerful mecha called the Great Walz. The Great Walz proves too strong for Gokai-Oh, and its nearly destroyed. Marvelous ends up ejecting the other crew members in order to save them, ending up injured in the process. In searching for Marvelous, Joe ends up killing his former mentor Barizorg, and when they all come together they end up being stronger than before with their near death experiences. As they fight the Great Walz again, they're able to unlock the Ultimate Power of THEIR team, allowing them to combine the Galleon, Gai's GoJyuJin, and Machalcon into their strongest combined form - Kanzen Gokai-Oh. Kanzen Gokai-Oh makes short work of the Great Walz, killing the Zangyack Prince in the process.

After they avert another of Basco's plots and attain the Megaranger's power, they are summoned for a mission by Timeranger's Time Yellow to travel to the past. There, come across the Shinkengers and Goseigers at a time when those two teams united. They also encounter one of the Shinkenger's last remaining enemies, and make short work of him as a payment for getting the Shinkenger's Ultimate Power months before. Before leaving, they come across one of the Goseiger's enemies and destroy one of their creations. Once back in their own time, however, things get WORSE.

Emperor Ackdos Gil arrives with a larger fleet to replace his son's. He sends one of his Generals to attack Earth, who ends up being the one who destroyed Famille long ago. When Ahim attempts to leave on her own to face him, Marvelous and the others stop her, Marvelous in particular concerned about her just up and leaving. They go to fight this General as a team, and defeat him.

Later, they come to hear from a magazine - which is actually a hoax planted by Doc to make himself look cool - of a "Legendary Hero" who vanished long ago named Don Dogoier. However, Damaras - Walz Gil's general, and the "Strongest Man In The Universe" - arrives to wipe the pirates out, with Basco helping. Damaras wipes the floor with them, and seemingly kills everyone but Marvelous and Doc. Marvelous is captured and brought before the Emperor before being sent back to Earth for a public execution. Doc is able to save Marvelous, however, and the others arrived unharmed - it turns out they were saved by BASCO, who wants to keep Marvelous around so he can attain the last couple Ultimate Powers before he steals them. At this point, Basco's also stolen two more himself. The Gokaigers turn their attentions to Damaras, however, and destroy him.

On Christmas, after helping a brother and sister, they attain the Battle Fever J power from a Battle Kenya disguised as a sidewalk Santa. Then, they find out that a temple they saved when traveling back in time was housing Ninjaman, an ally of the Kakurangers. They manage to gain the Kakurangers' Ultimate Power in the process.

    Character history:
Walz Gil is the son of the Space Empire Zangyack's emperor Ackdos Gil, making him the crown prince of the empire and next in line to the throne. Some time in the past, Ackdos attempted conquest of the planet Earth, only to discover that it was protected by 34 teams of superheroes, collectively known as "Super Sentai". The ensuing "Legend War" was long and grueling, culminating in the empire's defeat and being driven away, but at the cost of the powers of the 193 heroes who participated.

Emperor Ackdos would attempt to conquer Earth again years later; but believing that without the Super Sentai teams protecting it, it would be too easy: so he sent his spoiled son Walz to lead the invasion force, believing that perhaps this would make the boy finally grow up and become worthy of the throne. He sent one of his loyal enforcers Damaras to watch the prince and make sure the invasion was a success, as both had doubts of Walz's abilities--completely unaware that Walz was not only aware of their doubt, but was now determined to prove to both of them he wasn't a failure.

Of course in the beginning, failure marked Walz's every attempt at conquering Earth: Gokaiger, a crew of space pirates looking for "The Greatest Treasure in the Universe", had the powers of the 34 Super Sentai teams at their disposal as well as Super Sentai powers of their own. Though they were reluctant to protect Earth at first, and many of their initial meetings were complete coincidences, the Gokaiger learned that the Super Sentai /were/ the source of the Greatest Treasure, and by obtaining their "Great Powers" individually they could fight Zangyack forces as the bounties on their heads soared. Walz and his crew would try everything to defeat the seemingly unstoppable pirates: no matter how ridiculous (such as sending in an Action Commander that would use mildly effective "propaganda") or heinous (such as rigging an Action Commander with a suicide bomb, a plot that even made Damaras disgusted), just when Walz would believe he would finally win, the Gokaiger would find a way to tap into the powers that defeated his father years ago, and leave him furious at their luck.

Eventually his failures caught up with him, but it wound up benefitting him instead: upon hearing of the "return" of the powers of the Super Sentai, Ackdos sent his son a giant mecha weapon as a gift, created in his image and bearing enough power to defeat the seemingly unbeatable Gokaioh. It was here that Walz revealed just how compitent he could be: using the power of the "Great Walz", he single-handedly defeated the combined power of GoZyuGokaioh and their powers, at last relishing in the victory that he had been grasping for all this time.

But his pride would once again be his loss; except this time it would ultimately lead to his undoing. Believing the Gokaiger would be utterly defeated after being scattered, he sent his own personal enforcer Barizorg and several of his father's bodyguards to find them and finish them off. But his confidence came crashing down as the Gokaiger rallied themselves again: Gai, Luka, Don and Ahim would defeat the Dogormin, Joe would defeat Barizorg and at last free the soul of his trapped senior Sid Balmick, and a weary Captain Marvelous would have a vision of his mentor AkaRed to regalvanize his spirit and rejoin his crew in combat. Enraged at Barizorg's death--the one person he had actually considered to be a sort of "friend"--Walz recommandeered the Great Walz to finish off the Gokaiger once and for all. His desire for revenge almost gained him just that, but in the process the Gokaiger had discovered their team had a "Great Power" of their own, just like the 34 previous Super Sentai teams: culminating in the creation of Kanzen Gokaioh and gaining enough power to overcome the Great Walz's, and put the prince down once and for all.

Damaras took the grim task of retrieving his body from the Great Walz's wreckage, ultimately to deliver him back home to Ackdos. Despite his own feelings, he swore the murder of his emperor's son would not go unpunished...

Normally, this is where his story ends. But fate would prove to have other plans...

    From: [personal profile] walz_guilty
    Character personality:
You'd expect the prince of an evil space empire to not be very nice: you'd be right and then some. Walz is sadistic, cruel, vicious, and horribly ill-tempered, as he will fly into a temper tantrum if anything goes wrong. He's also childish and extremely spoiled, having been given anything he wants as the heir to his father's throne. Many of his plans happen on a whim, often banking their success on his own outrageous pride and personal expectations as the crown prince.

Yet despite his apparent incompetence and stupidity, he is actually aware of others' opinions of him, feeling extremely alone and paranoid: even of his own father, who he overheard voicing doubt of his abilities. Out of the entire crew of the Gigant Horse, it's Barizorg--the utterly emotionless cyborg created out of the former Zangyack commander Sid Balmick--that he considers to be the only one he trusts. In fact, the only person he actually shows genuine, heartfelt emotion for is Barizorg, as when he was killed by Sid's former junior Joe Gibken, he cried for him and swore to utterly destroy the Gokaiger in revenge.

He is also frighteningly competent when he puts his mind to it: some of his most heinous plans came from moments where he had seen a moment of opportunity and seized it: such as making an Action Commander into an unwitting suicide bomber or luring the Gokaiger into a trap from which he decisively defeated them. If he puts aside his spoiled, prideful ways, he could've become an emperor worthy of his father's legacy.

    Digimon partner personality:
His V-mon used to be a Gormin, in particular one of the Gormins tasked with navigating the prince's flagship, the Gigant Horse. Whenever the Gokaiger defeat the latest Action Commander sent to attack Earth, Walz would pitch a grand fit and beat up whatever Gormins just happened to be in his vicinity: which were usually the navigator Gormins. But unlike most others who would avoid being attacked by the furious prince, it seemed like this Gormin would constantly get /into/ Walz's line of sight when this happened. Therefore, there's rumors that he does this on purpose; why this is, no one is certain...but as with all rumors, there are certain things that cause one's imagination to run to strange places...

Gormins are created with the expressed purpose of absolute obedience: they follow the commands of the Sugormin and/or Action Commanders without question, and have extremely limited sentience. This carries over to his Digimon form, and is still the one that Walz abuses if he doesn't get his way. But he seems content with this, if you could say he still has sentience. But it seems he has enough to say that his name is "Steve".

((he's inspired by a Vehicon drone from Transformers Prime that /co/ has lovingly dubbed "Steve", as they claim it's the same drone every time one gets beaten up by Starscream, explained by a masochistic crush on him. If the same navigator Gormin gets beaten up by Walz every time he pitches a fit, well...))

    Character abilities:
Walz has no physical prowess or superhuman capabilities; in fact he may as well be an ordinary human if not for the fact he's still alien. Despite often failing at whatever sort of tasks he puts upon himself or others, if he puts his mind to it, his supposedly harmless haughtiness can become the downfall of whoever underestimates him. He is much smarter than others give him credit for, but his pride and spoiled attitude are giant roadblocks to him being truly successful.

    Special Request:
My intent is to pull him right after the Great Walz was destroyed. Which means he's...a bit somewhat dead. Granted this can be fixed if the right (or right in *theory*) person finds him and forces him back to life with some sort of technology sciency magic thing. With permission, I would like to do this, since I am aware death is permanent in the Digital World, but I know that some people have managed to skirt this with case-by-case mod approval. (...myself included. >_>)

    Sample RP:
Junk City had many alleyways, damp and dark and dismal. All sorts of things lurked in them, and right now, a shivering V-mon sat in one, hunched next to a prone, dingy white form.

Cold was something Gormins like him weren't used to. Not that Gormins were capable of expanded thought or feeling in the first place. Even in this new body, his brain was still very much a Gormin's, and still very much bound to his emperor and empire. And behind him, the emperor's beloved son wasn't moving, still as death and he couldn't tell if he was breathing at all.

That's all he was aware of, and as far as the primitive, unquestioning mind of a Gormin was in this Digimon's body, that's all that mattered. Not where they were (he could try to call for help, but for some reason he couldn't link with other Gormins) not why they were here (information on how to get back would be helpful, of course)...just the fact something was wrong with his Excellency and they needed help.

For the first time in a good long while, his attention was brought back to the odd device that was in the prince's hand. He didn't know what this device was, why it had the Zangyack Imperial Crest on the back, or why they had it in the first place. It looked enough like a phone, so wouldn't it function like one? The pirates used phones, and so did the empire when they needed to. But he was afraid to touch it, thinking he might hurt the prince more if he moved him at all.

But what would be gained if he didn't at least try to call for help? Wouldn't he be punished by someone other than his Excellency, possibly destroyed, if he didn't try?

Sample D-Comm Network Post: ((This sample doesn't have anything to do with the above story; I assume we want a usual "this is what the voice is" sample))

Disgusting!! You expect me to *walk* in a place like this!? Need I remind you who I am, you stupid...whatever you are!?

    You don't, sir.

Well if you didn't, you wouldn't have let me wander around in this pile of disease! Now you tell me how this thing works and how I can contact my ship! If I have to spend another moment here I'll be ill!

((italics not used in a full, separate sentence indicates Steve talking.))

Character history: Zelgadis is the great-grandson of Rezo the Red Priest, a noted sage and sorceror known for achieving many miracles. Unbeknown to Zelgadis, Rezo was born with a piece of the Dark Lord Ruby Eye Shabranigdo sealed inside him, causing the man's blindness - a malady that Rezo used many unscrupulous methods in order to try and cure. The pursuit of this goal led to Rezo killing Zelgadis's parents, a fact that Zelgadis personally never discovered, believing that they died in an accident.

Years later, Rezo's focus would be turned on Zelgadis himself. He used the young man's desire to gain greater power, transforming him into a chimera formed from a brau demon, a rock golem, and his original human body. Zelgadis continued to serve Rezo faithfully, working with his friends Zolf, Rodimus, the half-beastman/half-troll Dilgear, and the fishman Noonsa to find the Philosopher's Stone, an item of great power. However, Zelgadis eventually learned that Rezo transformed him as a test for curing his own blindness, and came to loathe his great-grandfather as a result.

While secretly plotting against his grandfather, Zelgadis and his comrades ran afoul of the sorceress Lina Inverse and the swordsman Gourry Gabriev, who had come into possession of a statue containing the Philosopher's Stone. Seeking to betray Rezo, Zelgadis sought to take the Philosopher's Stone for himself, and eventually joined Lina and Gourry's side. After bringing Zolf and Rodimus over, they eventually lost the stone to Rezo, who attempted to use it to cure his blindness. However, this resulted in freeing the piece of Shabranigdo's essence within him, consuming Rezo in the process. Zolf and Rodimus were killed, and only by Lina casting her new spell the Giga Slave were they able to stop Shabranigdo. Ultimately, the remnants of Rezo's spirit aided them in stopping him, a fact that caused Zelgadis much denial and irritation.

Sometime later, Zelgadis was reunited with Lina and Gourry during a series of events related to a disciple of Rezo's, the sorceress Eris, and a copy of the Red Priest himself. It was on this adventure that he met Amelia Wil Tesla Seyruun, a young woman who would eventually grow to be rather close with. Ultimately, Eris was killed by her copy of Rezo, who went on to kill almost the entire population of Sairaag and merge with the demonic beast Zanaffar, a creature that had been sealed beneath the holy tree Flagoon. Eventually, Copy Rezo and Zannafar were destroyed by Lina, just as the original was.

Zelgadis's paths would cross with Lina again when they began to pursue an item called the Claire Bible, which Zelgadis sought believing it could help him cure his condition. Ultimately, this ordeal lead them into plots hatched by the Mazoku lords Demon Dragon Gaav and Hellmaster Phibrizo. It was here that he encountered the Mazoku Xellos for the first time, and when he developed a strong enmity for him. Ultimately, events culminated in a massive struggle with Hellmaster, who nearly killed Zelgadis and Amelia in the process. Ultimately, Phibrizo was killed by the Lord of Nightmares, the supreme creator of their world, who took over control of Lina's body when she attempted to use the Giga Slave.

With Phibrizo killed, a barrier cutting civilization off with the rest of the world was brought down. Zelgadis was about ready to join the exploration, when he and his friends encountered the Golden Dragon Filia, who enlisted their help in a new crisis. Ultimately, they came into conflict with the servants of Valgaav, a half-dragon half-Mazoku hybrid and disciple of the now deceased Gaav. Valgaav merged with the essence of Dark Star, a Mazoku lord from another world on the level of Shabranigdo, and was ultimately defeated when Zelgadis and his friends wielded several legendary weapons against him, combining the powers of light and darkness in the process.

Sometime after this, Zelgadis was appointed Amelia's bodyguard and sent with her on a mission to help the investigator Wizer Freion, from the kingdom of Ruvinagald make contact with Lina Inverse. This proved to only be the tip of the iceberg, however, as events drew Zelgadis back into confrontation with his past and Rezo's legacy. After meeting the creature Pokota, who had been destroying inventions created by Ruvinagald, they learned that he was the crown prince of a kingdom called Taforashia. Taforashia had been ravaged by Dorum's disease, and its people put into suspended animation by Rezo while Pokotoa himself had been moved to a construct's body in order to work to restore his people. Zelgadis developed a rivalry with Pokota, who considered Rezo to be a hero and had no knowledge of his evil deeds. The group's investigations led them to stopping the machinations of the Ruvinagald kingdom, who had betrayed the people of Taforashia, and defeating a newly born Zanaffar created by Pokota's fallen friend, Duclis.

However, this was not the end of this adventure. Their ordeal with Pokota lead to the discovery of an item called the Hellmaster's Jar, which they learned now contained Rezo's spirit. Once they discovered it, an enraged Zelgadis stole it, hoping to learn more from Rezo about why he had done what he'd done. He learned more about why Rezo had used him, and that he had created the disease that ravaged Taforashia in order to use its people as an experiment in transferring his soul to a new body. Rezo's soul was eventually placed in Pokota's original body, and proceeded to revive and restore Taforashia... only to unleash the essence of Shabranigdo again. The Dark Lord was vanquished, again with the remnants of Rezo's help, and Zelgadis at last gained some measure of closure about his great-grandfather and the events of his life.

How much of a derp is Ken? Let me count the ways.

So, I re-apped Vile after we decided to make the Dreamwidth. I got inspiration for him back, wanted him involved with the chaos, and so forth. Unfortunately, I also re-apped him after I'd made my Dreamwidth character journals, and added them to LJ Juggler. Between all the chaos of... err, Chaosmon, and the move, a new journal for him didn't get added to the Juggler, annnnnnnd...

I missed him in the crossfire, not out of forgetting the bastard, as I noticed a day too late, but simply because of god knows how many things were flying around left and right~

Given how recent my app was, I'm just re-transplanting it here. If you guys want new samples, I will oblige.

    Player's Age: 27

    Character/Series: Vile, Mega Man X

    Character Type: Secondary Villain.

    Tamer Class: Soul

Character appearance: Purple Boba Fett. No, really. Sometimes, he's just a green Boba Fett. So basically, Boba Fett, yeah.

Character age: He's a reploid, he doesn't age. Given the lack of a sliding timescale in the X series, it's impossible to tell, but he has the mind of a grown adult. A crazy one, but a grown one.

Digimon partner(s)/Spirit/Evolution Line: Hagurumon > Mechanorimon > Valvemon > Raidenmon

Character history: Vile was once a Maverick Hunter, a group of Reploids who seek out and eliminate their own kind of have become dangerous, or turned "Maverick." Under the command of Sigma, he was damn good at his job. TOO good, in fact, as he enjoyed the violence and the act of slaughtering his fellow Reploids far too much. In reality, that's all he wanted to do - to kill, to destroy, to leave nothing but havoc in his wake.

Eventually, this nature would shine through, and his fellow Hunters captured him and locked him away. This would not last long, however - Sigma initiated a rebellion against his own Hunters, and freed Vile to have him act as one of his subordinates yet again. Only now, Vile would be able to initiate all the havoc he could imagine.

He did so, helping launch initial attacks for Sigma's rebellion. There, he was confronted by Mega Man X, and would have had the upperhand, were it not for the intervention of the ace Maverick Hunter, Zero. Vile would retreat, and X would move on to make his way through Sigma's forces. They would all be defeated, up until X arrived at Sigma's own base. Vile confronted him again there, but was again foiled thanks to Zero's intervention and, this time, sacrifice.

Considerably later, during the events of Mega Man X3, Vile was reconstructed by Dr. Doppler. In this time, thanks to his repeated defeats and his previous destruction, he develops an intense, all consuming hatred for X. Ultimately, however, he is destroyed... but vows to haunt X until the day he dies.

Years pass, and nothing comes of this.

Eventually, however, he is reconstructed again, this time by Sigma. He is then let loose into the world, and garners quite a criminal reputation in the process. Eventually, Sigma calls upon him again to initiate his latest scheme. He is sent to capture Lumine, the head of the Jakob Project, an orbital elevator being constructed at the time. He runs across X, Zero, and their new teammate Axl, but quickly succeeds in nabbing Lumine.

He plagues the Hunters all throughout this incident, as they tackle a new string of Mavericks all over the world. Eventually, the Hunters confront and defeat him at the elevator, but he escapes. When they raid Sigma's palace, Vile confronts them one last time... and, once again, is seemingly destroyed.

Only this time, he went elsewhere.

    The Digital World.

There, he found himself saddled with a Digimon partner, Hagurumon, who was so unhinged it made him look sane. He sought to cause minor points of destruction and chaos until he ran across a trio of things - a mystical weapon from another world called the "Sword of Light," a mysterious priest named Xellos, and the Demon King Daemon. He was allowed to keep the weapon, and quickly learned how well it responded to a strong will... and as many times as he'd come back to life, he had plenty of will to spare.

He fell in league with Akihiro Kurata, and led an assault on Tetha, commanding Kurata's legion of Gizmon. There, he confronted Zero and his own Digimon partner, Ryuudamon. In the battle, Vile defeated Zero, while MechaNorimon - Hagurumon's evolved form - killed Ryuudamon.

Kurata's attempt at conquest would fail thanks to the actions of Tamers the world over, so Vile joined with a number of Kurata's supposed allies - Kagura Tsukasa, Prometheus Black, and Xellos lurking in the background. Black was able to reactivate the Virus burried deep within Zero, bending the Hunter to his will. Zero wasted no time in relinquishing the Sword of Light from Vile, and using it for his own for a time.

Vile, angered, was then manipulated by Xellos into staging an attack in Tetha that would lead to his defeat and arrest. He rested in a cell for some time after that, until the Demon King Daemon made an offer to become sealed with his mark. This gave Vile power, and only served to further fuel his bloodlust.

He escaped, and went on to further fuel Daemon's intent of chaos and destruction. He would continue at this for some time, confronting foes old and new alike, until Yggdrasil saw fit to return him from where he came...

And all her went back to was darkness.

...until once again, his essence was called back to this world.

Then he got sealed by Daemon again, helped usher in Chaosmon's feast, and got smacked around a bit. Digital World was reset, and...

[NOTE: Again, the mun is a derp. I'd like to request that he have just been data frozen in this intervening time between Chaosmon and now. His evolution requirements will still remain reset from his re-approval here.]

Character personality: To many others, Vile seems absolutely insane. And by their standards, he might well be. He knows very well what he wants, however - destruction and chaos are what he seeks. He delights in them, and will do whatever one wants so long as he is granted this.

He hates the Maverick Hunters greatly, but none moreso than Mega Man X. While others have been involved, X has been at the forefront of each and every defeat, each and every death. After awhile, that begins to grate on someone.

Vile is sarcastic, and takes very few things besides wanting for X's death too seriously. His sense of humor is, however, very much with a sick and sadistic twist. He takes delight at your misery and despair, and won't think twice about reminding you of it.

He doesn't take LIFE very seriously, either. Life is disposable to him, given how many times he's lost his own. So he doesn't take much value in the lives of others, and will think nothing about snuffing one out.

Vile, basically, wants to HURT you. Possibly even kill you. He cares about little to nothing else beyond his own well being.

Digimon partner personality: If Vile is demented, Hagurumon is certifiably insane. He is, in a lot of ways, like a really destructive, uncontrollable child. Except this child has the power to crush you skull when evolved, and he will clap and laugh merrily after he has done this, like a little kid looking for a parent's praise after accomplishing a task.

Time without Vile has made him even crazier. With no one to guide him, he has wandered through the wilderness of the Digital World, picking on those fewer that he can find weaker than him, even leaving a few Digi-Eggs in his wake.

Unbalanced as he is, carrying a coherent conversation with Hagurumon is very difficult for anyone but Vile. It will eventuall dereail into him trying to smash and/or tear your face off, in most cases. Luckily, Vile doesn't have a face to be torn off, anyway.

The child-like mentality means he is easily placated, though. A proper distraction can and will keep him happy and distracted for some time. Unfortunately, most "proper distractions" still involve him destroying something.

To Vile, though, he is loyal without question. He recognizes Vile as his superior, and will do anything and everything the Maverick asks of him. This is regardless of what it does to Hagurumon, and he'd even go to his death for Vile unflinchingly.

Character abilities: Vile, as a Reploid, is stronger and more sturdy than any normal human being. He's several times stronger than any ordinary human, and could probably break one in half if he ever got his hands on one. The armor he wears can protect him from a number of direct hits from many sorts of weapons.

Being robotic, even suffering extensive damage, it can be repaired... so long as there is someone skilled enough TO repair him.

Mounted on his shoulder is a cannon that can fire pulses of energy. Mounted on his wrists are guns that fire rapid blasts of energy. He is also armed with grenades.

He has boosters set into his feet and one on his back that allow for hovering and some limited flight capabilities.

Overall, Vile is a very good fighter. He was one of the Maverick Hunters' best, which thus made him one of the most dangerous when he revealed his Maverick nature. He is primarily skilled at range combat, though. While he can handle himself in a close confrontation, he's most capable from some distance.

He's also a capable pilot, though without any of his Ride Armors, that doesn't count for very much in the situations he'd normally find himself under here.

Sample RP: Darkness, rage, and anger were all Vile felt for longer than he could determine or measure.

He had been on a path he truly knew was his calling. He didn't much like being one's servant, but to usher in that which the Demon King Daemon was offering... He knew it was meant for him. He knew it was his destiny.

Yet, it had been ripped away from him. Stolen, as he was torn out of the Digital World, thrust back into a blackness. Into nothing.

And then, just as suddenly, he felt something. He felt ... his body, felt the world around him reassert itself. He could feel things again. Optics flaring to life beneath his helmet, he took a moment to adjust to the world around him...

He was in a forest. Laying aroudn his feet were a number of pastel colored eggs. He heard nothing, except a sharp, insane laughter, and someone crying for help. Standing up and walking around a tree, he saw it.

A Goblimon hunkered down, begging for his life, with a Hagurumon floating above him.

"P- please... don't...!" begged the Goblimon.

"OH, BUT I WILL! I MUST HAVE BREAKFAST READY FOR WHEN VILE COMES BACK!" Hagurumon giggled, a disturbing look in his eyes. "He will come back, and he'll have all the eggs he can eat! JUST YOU WATCH! DARKNESS GEAR!"

Gears flew out from the Hagurumon, cutting through the Goblimon, who broke apart and reformed into a Digi-Egg. Watching this, Vile just casually leaned against the tree and clapped.

"Well, at least some things don't change," Vile said, and the Hagurumon gave him a startled look.

"VILE!" Hagurumon exclaimed, and then looked around worriedly "Y- ... you're early! I hadn't made breakfast yet!"

A single flaring light washed out from the visor of his helmet. "No need to worry about that... I think it's time I caught up..."

Sample D-Comm Network Post: How are all of my favorite emotional punching bags?

Yeah, I know, you thought you could get lucky, and I'd just go away. No such luck, losers!

    However, there's a distinct problem...

See. I have this Shamamon in a headlock. I'm going to kill him. You can't do anything to stop it.

But YOU get to decide how he dies!

Because YOU get to tell me where the hell X is, and why my D-Comm is saying he's not in this world anymore.

Did someone else kill him? I will find you and kill you. It'll be fun.

Did Yggdrasil send him home? That's really going to suck... for one of you. Because I'm going to HAVE to get my frustration out one way or another...

Either way, however you answer, it will either give Shamamon here a slow, painful death, or a quick, but still pretty painful death. I'll leave it up to YOU to decide which is which.

And really... you don't WANT to know what I do to him if NO ONE replies.

    Character/Series: Dark Precure, Heartcatch Precure

    Character Type: Main antagonist

    Tamer Class: Soul

    Character appearance: http://images2.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20100209034845/prettycure/images/6/67/DarkPrecure.png

Character age: Unknown, physically late teenager

Digimon partner(s)/Spirit/Evolution Line: PicoDevimon > Duskmon > Velgmon > Ravemon

Character history: Dark Precure was created by Professor Tsukikage, who was under the influence of a mask that led to him taking the name of Professor Sabaaku. Together, they served Dune, a being who sought to turn the entire world into a desert. Dark Precure was actually based on Tsukikage's daughter, Yuri, who had become Cure Moonlight, a warrior known as a Precure charged with protecting the Heart Tree, a legendary tree that stood in the way of Dune and his minions' plans. Together, Dark Precure and Dune's servants were collectively known as the Desert Apostles.

Dark Precure's role in the story began when she faced Cure Moonlight in battle, seeking to destroy the Heart Tree. In the process of this fight, Dark Precure killed Yuri's fairy partner, Cologne, destroyed the Heart Seed she used to transform (keeping three quarters of the destroyed item for herself), and nearly destroyed the Heart Tree itself. However, several fairies in service of the Heart Tree escaped, and they went on to find new Precure to help protect the tree and work to stop the Desert Apostles' plans. In these new battles, Dark Precure typically remained at Sabaaku's side, while the main efforts of the group were focused on his other subordinates, Sasorina, Kumojacky, and Cobraja.

Eventually, these three's efforts proved unsatisfactory, and Dark Precure herself went into action. Holding the two new Precure, Blossom and Marine's, fairies hostage, she demanded the Heart Pot, the item that was being used to restore the Heart Tree's health. Even though a mysterious interloper arrived to save their fairies, Dark Precure was able to defeat both Cures handily. However, before she could finish them off, Yuri appeared, revealing to Dark Precure that she survived their previous battle. Rather than finish the battle, Dark Precure left to report this information.

Wanting nothing more than to defeat Cure Moonlight once and for all, Dark Precure targeted her specifically, only for the mysterious interloper and the Precure to get in her way again. This time, Sabaaku ordered her to withdraw.

Later, she and Sabaaku learned that a new fairy would be born from the Heart Tree, and with it, a new Precure would soon appear. After the new Cure, Sunshine, and her fairy, Potpourri revealed themselves, Dark Precure followed the group to the Heart Tree, as they intended to repair the barrier the tree used to protect itself. Dark Precure fought the group and their new member again, only to lose when she was forced away from the Heart Tree just as its barrier was restored. The Heart Tree vanished afterwards, leaving Dark Precure with nothing.

As time passed, Dark Precure grew more and more obsessed with defeating Cure Moonlight and destroying the Heart Tree. When the broken Heart Seed began to pulse, Dark Precure used its power to follow the Precure to the Heart Tree's new location, where she easily defeated Blossom, Marine, and Sunshine. However, due the Precure having previously filled the Heart Pot, Yuri was able to restore her Heart Seed and transform into Cure Moonlight once again. Dark Precure battled her opposite number again, this time with much different results: Dark Precure being defeated by Moonlight. However, before Moonlight could finish her off, Sabaaku appeared, saving her.

Dark Precure did not resurface for some time, as she spent a large amount of time sealed in a sort of capsule being restored and improved upon. When she next appeared before the Precure, she revealed a stronger level of power than ever before, saving Cobraja from being defeated in the process.

Sometime later, Dune himself came to Earth, creating a massive fortress in the sky and capturing the Precure's mentor, Kaoruko. They even managed to destroy the Heart Tree, successfully turning the world into a desert. However, the Precure invaded the fortress, hoping to save Kaoruko and undo the damage the Desert Apostles suffered. Here, Moonlight and Dark Precure encountered one another for the final time. In the course of their final battle, Sabaaku took a hit meant for Dark Precure, revealing his true identity in the process. Dark Precure became enraged over Yuri “hurting” her father, and savagely attacked her, only to be beaten. In the end, Dark Precure faded away as she was held in her father's arms, her true identity and origin being revealed to her sister in these final moments.

Character personality: Dark Precure is defined by her desire to surpass and crush her so-called sister. It goes beyond simply defeating her, though that is a significant part of it. She desires to prove herself superior to Yuri in every way, and to earn her place as Sabaaku's true daughter. This masks an inferiority complex and a deeply buried belief that if she doesn't succeed in doing so, her life will have no meaning. In other words, Dark Precure's sense of self worth and identity is tied into surpassing and effectively replacing Yuri. How she goes about this can take many forms, but she is incapable of turning away from such a desire, as it was literally the reason why she was created. It defines and consumes her, and it would take a great deal for her to grow past it.

On the surface, however, Dark Precure is cold, aloof, and sadistic. Her serious personality (and hatred and inferiority complex) comes with an air of looking down on others. Dark Precure is quick to dispense pain to her enemies, and gleans some amount of pleasure from dominating and defeating them (though not to any sort of extreme). Others are treated as if they are beneath her. This facade of her's only cracks when Dark Precure encounters a situation she cannot fully comprehend, such as instances when she is outmatched or when she finds herself on the losing end of a battle. In such situations, Dark Precure becomes enraged and violent, intent on destroying what lies in front of her. On very very rare occasions does Dark Precure show herself as being capable of affection, and that's only towards Sabaaku. That said, she has a very skewed view of the world, and a major change to it can cause her to lose her sense and become enraged as well.

Digimon partner personality: PicoDevimon is a bad egg – in short, he loves being nasty, even if it's stereotypical for his species to be so. He figures that if others are going to consider him dark and evil, he might as well give it back to them ten fold. He goes about such behavior with enthusiasm, and can be described as rather “hot blooded” in this regard. Unlike most PicoDevimon, he prefers to act like a bully rather than a trickster, and favors action over subterfuge. Being partnered with Dark Precure has given him the chances he needs to fulfill such desires, as a PicoDevimon's attacks are not typically suited to brutish behavior. One might think that there's something insecure underneath all of his dark bravado, but the fact is, PicoDevimon likes being bad. He's purely a sadist, vicious and cruel through and through. As far as he's concerned, it's his nature and no one will tell him different.

Character abilities: Dark Precure's powers are formidable. She is able to create barriers of red energy, and when releasing her full power by opening her normally closed eye, she can create powerful waves of force. This is no longer necessary after her “upgrade” by Sabaaku, but she does it out of habit, and never reveals her true strength out of a desire to lull enemies into a false sense of security.

Beyond that, she is capable of flight, and is physically strong beyond the ken of mortal human beings. Her speed is also high, and she has a considerable amount of skill at hand-to-hand combat. Dark Precure is so skilled she's capable of taking on multiple opponents at once, and has the endurance to weather many attacks. She can hit both hard and fast, and her blows both have power and speed behind them. Her skill and endurance are both shown situations where she's been known to take on and basically tank the powers of three fourths of the Precure's team. This is due to a combination of her powers as Moonlight's opposite and the fact that she is an artificial being, designed to be a fighter and emulate Yuri's own formidable powers. In short, she is Cure Moonlight's opposite number, possessing all her skill with added ruthlessness.

Her primary weapon is her Dark Tact, with which she can utilize Dark Forte Wave, a blast of energy resembling a flower with black leaves and a red bud. The Dark Tact can also project a blade of energy to effectively serve as a sword. Finally, her strongest technique is Dark Power Fortissimo, an attack where she surrounds herself in crimson energy and hurtles forward, becoming like a living ball of destructive power.

Character/Series: Vivio Takamachi, Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha (Vivid + Digital Dive)

Character Type: Main in Vivid, Secondary in Strikers. Vivio here has been made AU due to her previous instance of being in the Digital World in addition to the fact that Nanoha and Fate aren’t there for the events of Vivid in this timeline.

Tamer Class: Xros Tamer. Vivio’s good with people and would likely excel with having multiple digimon partners without favoring one over the other. In addition to this, it’s been stated in Vivid by a few characters that her “magic isn’t suited for the battlefield” and that “she’d be better off as a scholar”. While Vivio does NOT want to believe that, she is pretty book smart and would likely be able to come up with working strategies. Also, while I’m going to outline her canon powers in the abilities section, because I’m making her a Xros Tamer she won’t actually have access to them.

    Character appearance: http://www.dreamwidth.org/userpic/1755257/1176167

Character age: 13 (due to aging in Dive)

Xros Army: Sorcerymon (her previous and primary partner), Starmon and Pickmonz, Magnamon, Knightmon,

    Xros Ups:

    CosmicSorcerymon:
X2 Xros Up between Sorcerymon and Starmon and Pickmonz. Looks a lot like Sorcerymon, but Starmon has fused with her Crystal staff, making the top of it star shaped. Groups of five Pickmonz fuse together into silver starts that merge with Sorcerymon’s hate, gloves, and knees. She has the same attacks that she had as Sorcerymon, but also gains the ability to use Starmon’s Meteor Squall attack, although instead of actually firing Pickmonz it fires energy blasts shaped like Pickmonz.

    WarCosmicSorcerymon
X3 Xros UP between Sorcerymon, Starmon and Pickmonz, and Magnamon. Unlike the previous form, Sorcerymon has undergone a few more changes, having grown in size to be as tall as Magnamon. Her robes are also stretched to match that size, and she has Magnamon’s golden armor all throughout her body. She has lost her staff, Starmon merging with her chest to form the breastplate of her armor. The Pickmonz are still located in star shaped formations on her newly minted helmet, gauntlets, and the top of her grieves. Sorcerymon is still able to cast magic in this form, but actually excels at close quarters combat. She maintains the ability to use Meteor Squall, though now each blast of the energy Pickmonz are the size of small meteors instead of just Pickmonz, and it’s charged similar to Vivio’s version of the Divine Buster. She also possesses an attack called Cosmic Punch, which is basically her just punching the enemy really hard.

    WarCosmicSorcerymon Berserk Sword
Weapon Type X4 Xros-Up between WarCosmicSorcerymon and Knightmon. This form is WarCosmicSorcerymon with the addition of a giant sword that used to be Knightmon, even bigger than Knightmon’s normal Berserk Sword, as Knightmon has fused into the sword completely. WarCosmicSorcerymon gains access to the Meteor Squall Slash, which is the Meteor Squall attack shot out from slashes from the sword. Because of the massive size of the sword, she is unable to fire that attack off in rapid succession, but it does offer various different ways that she can fire the attack as opposed to the straight line that she needs to fire it as just WarCosmicSorcerymon.

    StarlightSorcerymon
Sorcerymon’s Super Evolution, this form evolves from CosmicSorcerymon. Sorcerymon has grown quite a bit in size and her figure is now noticeably feminine, though she still isn’t proportioned quite like Rosemon is. Her hat has vanished, and her blond hair goes down to her back in a single ponytail. She’s now dressed in white robes and a cape, and Starmon has turned completely red at the top of her staff. While she is still able to use the same attacks that she had as Sorcerymon, her real strength lies in her ability to manipulate holy elemental magic. Her new attacks in this form include the Divine Buster, which is a rainbow colored magic attack that fires from the staff in a massive beam. She also possesses an attack called Starlight Breaker, which condenses the magical energy from the nearby area and fires it all at the target, though the beam itself travels much slower than the Divine Buster because of how massive it is. In addition to all of this, StarlightSorcerymon’s physical strength isn’t all that great, and as such in close quarters combat StarlightSorcerymon is practically a sitting duck against a high-end combat geared perfect or a normal physical strength Ultimate.

    StarlightSorcerymon Warrior Mode
Super Evolution Xros Up between StarlightSorcerymon and Magnamon. This form is pretty similar to the X3 Xros up of WarCosmicSorcerymon, with the staff vanishing and Starmon becoming a breastplate, along with Magnamon’s body becoming armor that StarlightSorcerymon wears. While in this form, StarlgihtSocerymon’s physical strength and defense go up to something more typical of a fighter type ultimate, though she’s still not something that’s high tier of physical power. Her magical attacks are a bit weaker now that she doesn’t have the staff to focus her energy anymore, but her Divine Buster still packs quite a punch. She can also fire the Starlight Breaker, but the charging speed for a strong enough blast is a lot slower than it was in her previous form. However, there’s another variation of the attack that she has, called Starlight Charger, which absorbs the magic nearby to temporarily increase her strength and speed for a few minutes after she finishes absorbing the magic.

    StarlightSorcerymon Zamber Mode
This form has no major differences in appearance from her normal form, other than the fact that her Starmon staff has shifted and merged with the sword that Knightmon has become. However the way StarlightSorcerymon fights is completely different from how she fought before the Xros with Knightmon. StarlightSorcerymon's magic is now used solely to increase her speed and strength so she can wield the massive sword. Her Sonic Cutter attack involves her blurring into existence against the enemy and slashing in a wide arc with her sword. She also has a stronger attack called Starlight Slash, where her blade glows with lights all the color of the rainbow. This is the only attack where she uses her power for something other than wielding the massive blade, thee light shooting off of the blade as a beam. Using this attack leaves her vulnerable for several seconds, as she needs to re gather her magical energy in order to re-lift her blade. Her defense is also weaker than in her default form, to the point that an adult that's able to hit her will be able to do a decent amount of damage.

    Character history:
Vivio was an artificial mage created by the insane scientist called Jail Scagletti for the purpose of reactivating and powering an ancient weapon known as the Saint's Cradle, possible from cloning her from DNA remains left of the Saint in question.

While she was in transport in one area of Mid-Childa, she accidentally destroyed the transport that was carrying her and went off in search of her mother. It was during this time that she was found by two members of the Time Space Administration Bureau's Mobile Division Section Six, Erio Mondial and Caro Ru Lushe.

After being brought to Section Six, Vivio ended up being temporarily being placed under the guardianship of Captain Nanoha Takamachi and Fate T. Harlaown. The three of them had a good relationship, with Vivio getting quite attached to Nanoha almost immediately.

However, it was soon after that that Vivio was kidnapped and delivered to Jail Scagletti once again, altered with a device called a Relic in order to complete her and make her power the Saint's Cradle, in order to complete his plan of taking over Mid-Childa and the Universe.

Nanoha made it into the Cradle to rescue Vivio, but due to be under Jail and his underling's control, was magically aged up to a teenager to use her full magical powers against her adoptive guardian, and the two of them fought a brief battle, with Nanoha being the victor and Vivio being returned to normal.

After that, Nanoha officially adopted Vivio as her child while Fate went on a long mission off Mid-Childa, although to Vivio Fate was still one of her mothers.

Vivio started school and had a normal life for quite some time, although there was another incident where Vivio was almost kidnapped where her magic once again manifested, aging her temporarily into her teenage form again. After that incident, it was eventually understood that it was inherent in her body due to Jail Scagletti not wanting one of his pawns to be affected the same way that Nanoha was by using magic that her body physically couldn't handle, as crippled pawns were useless.

It was a little bit after that that Nanoha started teaching Vivio how to fight, although her mother didn't teach her anything too advanced. That didn't stop Vivio from learning Nanoha's Divine Buster from watching her though.

And it was three years after the end of the Jail Scagletti incident that Vivio was pulled into a world quite different from her own. Vivio's arrival in the Digital World proved to be one of the more defining moments of her life, being the first time since the Jail Scagletti incident that she had ended up involved in real battles. During her time there she fought against many digimon and a few villains alongside her mothers and partner Sorcerymon, including the resurrected Alicia Testarossa and a younger version of her mother Nanoha.

But eventually Vivio was sent back to her home three years after her arrival in the Digital World. Vivio ended up having to move in with Hayate Yagami until her Mother's returned to the Digital World. While she reconnected with her childhood friends Corona and Lio she continued thinking about the Digital World, hoping that Yggdrasil would bring her back to help out with the fight again.

It was during this year that she trained that she eventually met Einhard Stratos, a girl a bit older than her that wanted to prove the superiority of her Kaiser Arts. Vivio was all too happy to agree to the fight, and the two girls fought, with Vivio eventually becoming victorious.

Vivio vowed to become friends with the other girl, but didn't have time to do so, as a few weeks after that Vivio was once again brought into the Digital World.
    uberlikehermama: (Default)
    From: [personal profile] uberlikehermama
    Character personality:
Vivio is a normal young girl with a strong sense of justice and studious nature. Between the way that her mothers raised her and the early trauma of the Jail Scagletti incident, Vivio refuses to let any injustice she sees go unpunished. She especially has issues finds out about someone using mind control to force others to do things. So if she finds out about that, she's going to go into a righteous fury. And beat the crap out of said person. And then blow them up with magic, and beat them up some more. Or would if she still had her magic

Vivio is also intensely devoted to her friends, which does includes people she just became friends with recently. If any of her friends are sad, she'll try as hard as possible to find out the problem and fix it, no matter what it is. Also, she likes physical contact, and will hug her friends a lot. And if said friend is chronically sad for whatever reason, she'd just have Vivio hovering around her trying to make her happy for as long as it takes for it to happen (which has been shown quite well in the case of Einhard Stratos in canon Vivid).

She also takes her studies, martial arts and magic training very seriously. As far as her studies are concerned, she studies as hard as she can and she enjoys learning and researching new things. As for her martial arts training and magic training, she works just as hard there as she does with her studies, practicing strike arts under Nove Nakajima and magic under her mother Nanoha and then later Hayate Yagami.

But there is one thing that Vivio hates, and that's being treated like a little kid and not being trusted to be responsible. And even now, if something important would come up and she was told that she couldn't help out because she was a child, she would be rather annoyed. And probably sneak out to go help anyway. This isn’t going to be that much of a problem in the Digital World, as she has already more than proven herself there, but it is a big issue for her back in her home.

    Digimon partner personality:
    Sorcerymon
Eager to learn anything and everything about the world, Sorcerymon is a rather studious individual who takes scholarly pursuits extremely seriously. Even as a Plotmon she's always been fascinated by knowledge and did whatever she could to study. At the same time, she always wants to better herself and get stronger, which for her powers and magical inclination pretty much means studying all the time. Being partnered to Vivio was one of the best chances she had ever gotten, because Vivio wants to study and learn almost as much as she does.

While she has finally regained her adult form of Sorcerymon on her own, loosing Vivio due to Yggdrasil's whims was not something that she took well at all. Sorcerymon threw herself into her studies even more than she already had, avoiding people and Digimon alike. Sorcerymon hadn't had many friends growing up in Witchleny, and loosing Vivio hurt her more than she realized at first.

    Starmon and Pickmonz
Starmon sees himself as a general of an army, commanding his Pickmon. Minions to beat the ever loving crap out of whoever he thinks is an enemy. Which is almost anything that moves. Starmon's kinda a dick. He barely even needs a reason to do it other than "because he can." Which is ridiculous because Starmon doesn't even have ambitions to rule the Digital World or anything like that. He just sees something, decides it’s a threat, and sends the Pickmonz after it.

The Pickmonz are rather simple Digimon, eagerly following Starmon's orders no matter who or what he decides to attack this week. They've been following Starmon for what seems to be forever. That said, they're really friendly to anyone that Starmon doesn't send them after. Not that making friends with them is really a way to get them to avoid attacking you. But they'll say sorry while doing it at least.

    Magnamon
Ever hear of the standard standoffish rival guy from most action stories? That's Magnamon in a one sentence description. A former member of the Virus Busters, Magnamon eventually got sick and bored with a cause that he didn't believe in and left. He began touring the Digital World, fighting and beating most of what he came across. Magnamon will still fight against virus types, but it's solely to test his own strength and to prove that despite being weaker than most Magnamon, that he'll still come out on top.

He'll even go out of the way to protect those that he sees as being weak when they're being terrorized, no matter who they are. But it’s only so that he can fight someone who seems strong. According to him, anyway.

    Knightmon
A rather joyous individual, Knightmon doesn't fit the normal standard for his species beyond being a chivalrous knight. In fact, he is just a wandering knight at the moment, not forking for a single master or lord after being removed from service from his lord in Albion. And that was just for one reason.

Knightmon loves the ladies just a wee bit too much. He's a complete pervert, which unnerves quite a few female Digimon whenever he comes across them. He'll be perfectly fine propositioning a woman that he first met within ten minutes of meeting her, which very little standard to her digimon species. He'll even hit on humans if they'll old enough.

    Character abilities:
Magical transformation into a teenager form with black skintight armor. She has her own device called Sacred Heart or nicknamed Kris, which is a floating stuffed bunny. She also possesses ridiculously strong magical power, to the point that when transformed into her teenage form and fully powered, can be as powerful if not possibly stronger than Nanoha in Blaster Mode. She also knows how to use Nanoha's Divine Buster attack, and has the standard telepathy powers of most Nanoha-verse mages, although with flight and more magical shooting.
    Sample RP:
Vivio sighed as she lay against the grass after she and her team had been run out of yet another town just hours after they saved it and were praised as it's "heroes".

All because of the fact that her team could not get along for more than three minutes at the most.

Vivio was really starting to get sick of it. Then only one she didn't that many issues with was Sorcerymon. Even if she did drag too many people into the crossfire whenever she attacked Knightmon for his perverted antics when they were directed at the only girl Digimon of the team.

Magnamon would only help out whenever he thought the enemy was worth his time. Starmon attacked everything and the Pickmonz just followed his every word.

Oh, and Knightmon got them run out of town by hitting on the woman of every town they had come across, sometimes several at once.

The only reason they were even still welcome in Sanctity was because Vivio barely went there unless she needed to report to DATS or see her mother's. Not even DATS Commander Nanoha Takamachi would be able to keep her welcome in that city if her team got up to its usual antics.

Vivio was, quite frankly, sick of it. She cared about all her Digimon, but for the billionth time she wondered why Yggdrasil saw fit to take away her powers and give her everyone here to deal with. Weren't they just fine when it was her and Sorcerymon fighting together with Vivio's magic and digisoul? Did even Yggdrasil think that her magic was better suited to being a scholar rather than being on the battlefield?

She sighed again, looking up and seeing Sorcerymon standing over her. Vivio blinked, sitting up and turning over to the digimon. "Knightmon being a perv again?"

Sorcerymon shuddered. "Yep. Not here. There's a couple of woman he's failing to impress over there."

Vivio just shoved her face in her hand. "We won't see him for a while then. Where's Magnamon?"

    "Fighting a swarm off Flymon."

    "And Starmon?"

Before Sorcerymon could even answer, a Monochromon ran by being chased by several Pickmonz with Starmon shouting and chasing behind them.

"... You ever think we're the reason Yggdrasil doesn't have more Xros Tamers?" Vivio asked.

Sorcerymon nodded, and Vivio sighed before falling back onto the ground. "If only we could be sure they would kill the world if we went on vacation..."

Sorcerymon could do more than just laugh at that.

    Sample D-Comm Network Post:

*There's quite a bit of commotion in the background as Vivio's face comes on the screen, a rather liberal amount of dirt splashed all over her face.*

Hi everyone! That fight was harder than we thought it was going to be, but we won! This down doesn't need to worry about that Vamdemon anymore.

    *She frowns a bit though.*

But we have a bit of a problem here...

GET YOUR HAND OFF MY ASS! CRYSTAL CLOUD!

Sorcerymon! You're reacting a bit too harshly!

NO I'm NOT! YOU WILL KEEP YOUR HANDS TO YOURSELF!

*There's the sound of more magic flying around before a cry of "Attack Men!" And the sound of screams from neighboring digimon. Vivio turns away from the screen for a moment.*

    Magnamon! Stop Starmon!

No. They're not strong enough to prove a challenge to me.

*Vivio sighs, turning back to the screen as she bites her lip.*

I think my team might be worse than him...

Can anyone give me some help?

    Player's Age: 27

Character/Series: Asakura Ryoko/Ryoko Asakura, The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya

Character Type: Important-ish Secondary, I'd guess.

Tamer Class: Spirit Tamer, the reason is this is due to the nature of the humanoid interfaces (ie: they all have some kind of emotional stuntedness) a digimon partner would not work very well with Asakura. Of course she'll lose her powers that come from being an interface as the Spirit will take their place.

    Character appearance: Yo.

    Character age: Apparently 16-17

Digimon partner(s)/Spirit/Evolution Line: Spirit of Steel
    Character history:
This is actually from my very first app for her to Dive, with some edits yo.

Three years ago a certain event caused one girl to be god/key to evolution/a time space rift and it lead to the integrated thought entity(or integrated data sentient entity, too many names) to send various humanoid interfaces to observe the data surrounding this one girl. Who just happens to be one Haruhi Suzumiya.

One of those interfaces is Nagato Yuki, and the other, a backup to Yuki, is Asakura Ryoko. Not much happened in those three years, as the interfaces kept a distance from Haruhi at the time. It wasn't until Haruhi had enrolled into High School, North High, that Yuki and Asakura would be in closer contact with her. Asakura having been in Haruhi's class, while Yuki is in the same grade but a different classroom.

While Asakura had made an attempt to be friends, or at least on friendly terms, with Haruhi her attempts tended to fall short. Instead she encouraged Kyon to be friends with Haruhi and for him to try and get her to 'open up' to her fellow classmates, which she had suggested to him after seeing how Haruhi seemed to only talk to him and the fact that Kyon seemed to have been dragged into starting the SOS Brigade. Which, of course, led to Haruhi being in contact with Yuki, Haruhi having usurped the clubroom for the club that Yuki was the sole member of.

Not to long after that, in fact shortly after Kozumi Itsuki was brought into the Nrigade, Asakura had finally become impatient with simply watching and nothing happening with Haruhi so she sent Kyon a note, asking him to meet her in the classroom after everyone had left. Of course Kyon was unaware of who had sent the note or the intentions behind it. As once Asakura was alone with Kyon she had asked him some... Interesting, and slightly confusing to him, questions. But it all ended up being about one person; Haruhi Suzumiya, and getting a reaction out of her.

How? Asakura's plan was simple, kill Kyon and watch the data created from Haruhi's reaction to his death. Since he was 'choosen' by Haruhi, Asakura believed killing him would make Haruhi react in a way that the Data Entity could observe the data it wished to find. Sadly it did not go as planned, even though Asakura had manipulated the data of the area of the classroom to make it so Kyon could not escape and no one could enter. Yuki had broken through Asakura's lock and the two humanoid interfaces fought.

While it appeared by the end of the fight that Asakura would win it was not so, as Yuki had severed Asakura's connection to the Data Entity essentially killing her. As Asakura started to cease to exist her last words to Kyon and Yuki were a warning, that perhaps Yuki may turn, or even another part of the Data Entity would decide to take the same actions and her last words were that she hoped Kyon would enjoy his time with Miss Suzumiya.

As a way to cover up Asakura's sudden disappearance, Yuki set things up so it appeared that Asakura and her family(which she did not have) had moved to Canada.

Yet that would be a lie, as conditions at a later date would prove to be just right and... Asakura is brought back, summoned in a way by Emiri Kimidori, only for "emergencies" as she tells Kyon right after having saved him from being killed... While also having stated that he is her prey and only the Intergrated Thought Entity would decide if Kyon lives or dies.

    Character personality:
Asakura is, like her fellow human interfaces, seemingly incapable of empathizing with human beings. In Asakura's case she seems to be unable to understand negative emotions, like fear. But unlike like Yuki, Asakura is quite socialable. She is able to have discussions with her peers about various things, like TV shows, and is sweet kind and charming.

She is also the kind of person who ends up voted as class president, and she showed some worry about Haruhi not reaching out to the other classmates. She can also be encouraging too, trying to get Kyon to help Haruhi open up to the class. But that was not to be, as Asakura is also a bit impatient as seen with how quickly she decided to try and kill Kyon to get a reaction.

But oddly enough even as Asakura's physical form is destroyed she holds no grudge against Yuki or Kyon for what happened. In fact she cheerly says good bye before she "dies".

And when she is brought back she still holds no grudge against Kyon or Yuki, in fact it seems that Asakura is more jaded towards the Data Entity. Since she states that as long as Yuki exists so does she but... the Entity is allowing Yuki to become "ill" so... Yeah.

    Digimon partner personality:

    Character abilities:
Asakura has various ablities but not quite as many as Nagato. So here are her skills that she has but the majority of them she will not be keeping due to being a Spirit Tamer in the digital world.

    - Super Human Strength and Reflexes: Asakura is capable of throwing a knife with a large amount of force, enough that the knife will vibrate in the air actually, and she is also capable of catching one when it is thrown at her. She is also able to jump great distances, she leapt five meters once when she had been surprised.

    - Telekinesis/Knife Mastery: She is knowlegable in fighting with a knife, and she is also capable of using a kind of telekinesis to control the knife when she has thrown it. She can also throw some objects with the telekinesis, but that will be restricted to objects smaller than Asakura herself.

    - Physical Transformation: She can turn her arms into large blades, and that's about it.

At most Asakura will keep her knife combat skills, as they aren't really connected to special powers and she will have slightly above average strength and reflexes. So at most in the digital world she'd be a strong and very athletic teenaged girl.

    [smile smile]

I was hoping someone could help me figure out just why I was brought here, since I am just a high schooler and I can't be gone for long. I have a very important... class duty to handle, and I wouldn't want to disappoint my classmates or my teacher. If anyone could help me get home, then that would be even better!

    [a pause then...]

Oh yes, I guess I should introduce myself as well. My name is Asakura Ryoko, or if you are an english speaker Ryoko Asakura. [she bows slightly] And I thank you all for any assistance you can give me.

Character/Series: Sir Lancelot / Sonic and the Black Knight

    Character Type: Anti-hero/side character

    Tamer Class: Soul Tamer

    Character appearance:

    Character age: 25-30

Digimon partner(s)/Spirit/Evolution Line: PawnChessmon Black > Skullknightmon > DarkKnightmon > ChaosDukemon

Character history: As a note; most of Lancelot's history is headcanon. The events that take place in Sonic and the Black Knight is the only canon material given so I expanded on it.

Sir Lancelot was born to King Ban and Queen Helen shortly before the fall of their Kingdom. Ban was forced from his main home and to a simple fort at the edge of his lands. During the final assault of the fort, Ban and his family escaped but the sight of his castle burning to the ground killed the King. Helen left Lancelot near the Misty Lake to go back and find her husband. By the time she came back, she spotted her boy in the arms of Nimue, the Lady of the Lake. She quickly vanished into the water with him and took him to her realm inside the Mist.

Lancelot spent the next 18 years under the care of the Nimue. She trained him in combat, knowledge, and chivalry. On his eighteenth birthday, she sent him to the court of King Arthur to proclaim his place as one of the King's Knights. Lancelot, with his prowess and show of chivalry, was accepted into the Knights. He quickly grew close with King Arthur and rose through the ranks of the Knights to be declared the most powerful of the Knights of the Round Table.

It was a few years later that Lancelot met Maria Shalott. He was on his way to attend a tournament when he happened upon their dwelling. He learned that one of her two brother's was ill and that they had both wished to ride at the tournament. So Lancelot agreed to go in the ill brother's stead. With his armor adorned and Lady Maria's scarf around his neck, he left for the tournament. He was defeated after many rounds by one of his fellow Knights and hurried back to Shalott Castle. There Maria tended to his wounds and helped him recover. It was during this stay that Lancelot developed feelings for Maria and she him in return.

His fellow Knights did not take long to find and him and bid him return to Camelot with them. He agreed and promised Maria he would return to visit. Over the next year, Lancelot went on many quests but during his time of rest he would spend them with Lady Maria. Unfortunately their romance was not to last. She was ill when they met and the illness only worsened. It was nearing the one year mark of their meeting when Maria felt she was to die. She placed herself in a boat and sent herself down the river, hoping to reach Lancelot before her death. Unfortunately, it was not so. She was dead when her body arrived in Camelot and was discovered by Lancelot and Arthur. Inside was a letter for him, her final farewell and her scarf.

A song was written specifically for Maria Shalott's funeral. Lancelot attended and during the entire affair was silent and responded to no one. He waited until the pyre was only embers and everyone had left before shedding his tears for Maria. To this day he keeps her letter and her token close to him, hidden inside his armor. From that day on he vowed to never fall in love again.

It was two years later that Lancelot met Elaine of Corbenic. She was a beautiful woman whose father had predicted she would bare the child of Lancelot and his name be Galahad. Lancelot originally met Elaine when he saved her from a boiling bath. She became infatuated with him and wished to fulfill her father's prophecy. To do so she turned to her maid to help her. After serving Lancelot wine she was able to seduce the drunken Lancelot. The next morning he grew angry with her and drew his sword. He only stayed his hand because she alerted him she was with his child. He kissed her instead and fled. It was sometime later that Elaine would come back into Lancelot's life during a feast at Camelot. She brought the small Galahad with her, hoping to introduce Father and Son. Lancelot was still upset with her and ignored her for the night. Once again she turned to her maid who helped Elaine sneak into Lancelot's chambers. The two again slept together but that night Lancelot dreamed of Maria and was thrown into madness.

He escaped from the Castle and Elaine went after him, leaving Galahad in her maid's care. She eventually found Lancelot in her garden, enthralled by the madness. She was able to present him with the Holy Grail, curing him of his madness. Though he did not love her, he spent several years with her as his wife. He raised Galahad as his own and trained him in the knightly ways.

Now it was a few years later that Arthur summoned Lancelot back to Camelot. He left Elaine and his son to return to his King's service. He then realized just how much the King had changed during his absence. The King was darker now and able to summon Knights of the Underworld. Loyalty overrode his judgement as he served his King willingly as he was ordered. It was soon after that Merlina fled the castle and Arthur gave chase. He was witness to her summoning a Knave to help her defeat their King. On his King's ordered, he went out to destroy Merlina and this newcomer. He did battle with Sonic in the Deep Woods and was defeated by luck. His sword taken, Lancelot set out to forge a new one and trust his comrades to take care of the Knave.

It wasn't until they had caught Merlina in Camelot that they learned the true intentions of her plot. She wanted the scabbard of Excalibur for herself so she could make the Kingdom Eternal. He teamed up with Sonic and his fellow Knights to create a barrier around Camelot so Sonic could find a way in and defeat the evil Wizard. After the final battle it was revealed that Sonic was the true King Arthur all along. Lancelot bowed before his new King before he was whisked off to another world. The Knights vowed to protect the Kingdom until his return.

Character personality: Sir Lancelot is a master of chivalry and a loyal knight. Due to his past he often comes off as cold and menacing but there is a kinder side to him. He is a champion who will seek out adventures and quests to continue to prove he is the best Knight of the Round Table. He is a calm individual and never panics. When he has a goal in mind he will do anything he must to achieve it, especially if it is an order by his King.

Lancelot is loyal to a degree of possible ridiculousness. He detests any thoughts of betrayal and will never betray someone who trusts him. He is truly chivalrous; helping the helpless, defending the innocent, and smiting the wicked. Evil acts do not go unpunished if Sir Lancelot has anything to do with it. He distrusts those with powers of Darkness and especially spell casters after the incident with Merlina, despite her intentions.

With his tough outer shell he is a hard person to get close to. He keeps most people at arms distance away emotionally and does not share much openly. He is much more likely to simply give short answers to most questions or a glare of 'you don't need to know that.' If once can get passed that shell though, they can see a softer side to the hedgehog, one that is still part of the excited 18 year old man who wished to become a Knight.

Despite his feelings towards Elaine, Lancelot does love his son. Galahad is his flesh and blood, his family, his heir. To him the boy is to be a greater knight than he, one who will save an entire nation when the time comes. He sees much potential in Galahad and pushes him to be the best he can be. This makes him seem cold to his son at times and his expectations of him are always high. At the end of the day though, Galahad is his boy and he always does his best to let his son know just how cherished he is. He wants to give his son the childhood he never had, actual loving parents and a calm kind life until battle and knighthood became a true priority.

As for his fellow Knights, Lancelot is kinder to them then most. He is loyal to them and does enjoy their friendship, though he'll seldom admit it. He also is harsher on them, his expectations of his fellow Knights much higher than others. He expects his fellow Knights to always be chivalrous and to obey their King as he does. He also does see them as weaker than him due to his powers and has always been up to prove his prowess over them. In truth they all have their strengths and weaknesses yet Lancelot is still the better of them all.

In the end Lancelot is a true Knight like from the stories. He is brave, loyal, chivalrous, and has an ego to match. He knows how powerful he is and sees many as beneath him due to this. He does not take disrespectful comments well and will challenge those he sees as insubordinate to a duel to prove his strength. On the reverse side, he can acknowledge when others are stronger than him and will do so willingly. When he gives his loyalty to someone, he will always be by their side as long as they do not betray him, though his true loyalty will always be to King Arthur. Truly Sir Lancelot is a Knight of the Round Table.

Digimon partner personality: PawnChessmon Black, or as he rather be referred as, Sir Rorke the Black Knight. He is an extremely prideful Digimon who thinks he can honestly not be beaten. Granted in all of his sparing matches he has never lost. All have fallen before his spear, though the reasoning for this is up to anyone's guess. In truth his ego is massive and will easily get the better of him, which lands him in many arguments and even duels.

Apart from being full of himself should he get a quest in mind he will do anything to pursue and accomplish it. Once he was challenged to allow none to pass over a bridge for an entire month. So for one month he stood upon the bridge and let no one cross it. None were able to beat their way passed him or even sneak by. It was only when his mission was accomplished did he finally collapse due to exhaustion after reciting his victory speech. This digimon does not take no for an answer and will charge into any quest he sees fit of his statue and prowess. He's going to be a difficult one to get along with.

Character abilities: Lancelot's chaos abilities have been stripped from him in Dive but he still has many other abilities to fall back on.

His first ability is his speed. The boots he wears are magical boots given to him by the Lady of the Lake the day he became a Knight. They allow him to skate over the ground, defying gravity and moving with speeds that match Sonic's. He can use the boots to jump into high into the air and preform complex acrobatic moves as well as attacks. He is also able to preform great acrobatic feats such as jumping into the air and coming down on an enemy with a spinning strike. He can use the homing attack as Sonic can as well.

His greatest strength is his swordsmanship. He was trained to use a bastard sword along with holding it in a reverse grip. This gives him an edge on enemies as his style is hard to predict and his skill with his sword is extraordinary. He also has great physical strength, being able to slice through stone blocks with only three to four strikes of his sword. He is adept at moving while striking and makes for one tough opponent to beat.

Sample RP: I got permission from Jeni to NPC Greg for this sample.

Sir Lancelot, Knight of the Round Table, trusted friend of King Arthur, winner of countless tournaments, renowned adventurer, father to a great knight to be. How was it, after all of these accomplishments, he could not best this challenge. He had tried everything he could think of. He strike it with his first, he tried to command it with words, he even attempted a small incantation Nimue had taught him when he was under her tutelage. None of it worked. Why was this not working? He refused to be defeated by such a simple looking puzzle. Never. He would not allow this! This was blasphemy in it's own right! He grabbed the infernal thing by it's face and began to shake it.

"YOU WILL OBEY ME! I AM SIR LANCELOT! NOW I COMMAND YOU TO PREPARE MY FEAST!" There was nothing but silence for a moment. It didn't respond nor did it give any indication he would listen to him. It was then that Greg Sanders appeared. He gently tapped Lancelot on the shoulder armor and motioned for him to step aside. The Knight nodded and did so. The human stepped forward, pressed a spot on the contraption and the door swung open. He placed in the small meal on it's black dish. He closed it again and pressed a sequence of more spots before it began to whirl.

"Next time you need help with the microwave, just ask." The man smiled and walked away, leaving Lancelot to stare and wait for his box dinner to be made ready to eat by this contraption he wished he could destroy.

    Sample D-Comm Network Post:

[The camera comes on and one can see the Chess Kingdom, a town in the Kingdom actually. White, black, and gray patters make up all of the buildings and even the ground. It moved to capture a glimpse at Sir Lancelot as he continues to walk and complain to himself.]

I will find this dryad and force him to send me back. I will not allow some false god to presume he may summon me whenever he likes. I must return to Camelot.

But Sir Knight, it is impossible. The will of the God Tree is absolute.

This god tree, as you call him, will fall by my blade. I will not stand for his. I will return home and continue my vigilance for my King.

Such honor and loyalty you have! Truly you are worthy of being my Tamer! Come sir! Together we may spite the evil that plagues this world and you shall then be able to return to your world!

[Lancelot stops and slowly turns around.]

    Speak more of this evil.

[Before you hear further, the camera cuts out.]

Character/Series: Amy Rose, Sonic the Hedgehog (Games)

    Character Type: Secondary Main.

    Tamer Class: Soul

Character appearance: Amy is a 2'11" tall pink colored hedgehog. There isn't much more to say about that.

    Character age: She's 12.

Digimon partner(s)/Spirit/Evolution Line: Goblimon > Grottomon > Gigasmon > Boltmon

    Character history:
A long time ago, but not really, there was a young hedgehog girl. Her name is Amy Rose, she also happens to have known of a famous hedgehog boy by the name of Sonic. Well one day she decided to do a tarot reading for him and herself, and she learned that ~destiny~ wanted them to meet at a place called "the little planet". The little planet was a small planetoid that would appear at a certain spot in their world during one month of the year, so guess what Miss Rose did? She went to the planet to go meet Sonic the goddamned Hedgehog. Which she did, but that also got her kidnapped by Metal Sonic a robot double made by Eggman. But! Sonic, whilst saving the little planet from Eggman also saved Amy which started a life time horror for himdevotion to him.

No seriously, it did. Amy started to learn how to fight, using a hammer as her weapon of choice to impress Sonic. Heck, she even entered a fighting thing for the emeralds! But no one cares about Sonic the Fighters game. And after that Amy didn't really, make her presence known until a long time later.

That time being during the events of Sonic Adventure, where Amy actually got involved in everything! Mostly by her befriending the E-series robot 102 Gamma and a blue Flicky she named "Birdie". It was via Birdie that she ended up getting chased by Eggman's robots after the Chaos Emerald the bird was carrying, and Amy being who she is wasn't just going to let Eggman have the bird. During that she ran into, and then eventually lost, Sonic and shortly after that she got caught by Eggman. It was while she was captured that she actually met Gamma and got the robot to switch sides just by talking to it. That resulted in her and Birdie managing to escape and then the ended up, somehow, in the past to see the echidna Tikal with chao and Chaos. Confused upon returning to the present time, Amy and Birdie made their way to where Eggman was facing down Sonic and Tails. Amy was happy to see Sonic, but fuck her being happy, Eggman grabbed Birdie and took the chaos emerald from the bird and then told Gamma to kill 'em all as he left. Amy would have none of that bullshittery though, so as Sonic and Gamma were about to throw down she got inbetween them and got them to stop. Of course this was happening as the Egg Carrier, the place they're all on, was gonna crash or explode, whatever, so Sonic told Tails to fly Amy out of there.

Which he did, so Amy was back in Station Square safe and sound she declared she was going to find Birdie's family which meant looking in the Final Egg (why? Because Eggman) and the crashed Egg Carrier. While doing this they got attacked by ZERO and Birdie was hurt, which pissed Amy off so... That poor poor robot, because Amy beat the crap out of it. Anyway, Birdie ends up reunited with it's family when Gamma and Beta are destroyed and Amy leaves making a promise to herself that she'll make Sonic respect her.

Then some time passes, or not much time, who knows with these games? ANYWAY the whole stuff with Adventure 2 starts going down. About the only big things Amy did during this is freeing Sonic from prison, with the promise of a date with him for her busting him out, and her getting Shadow to remember the goddamned truth about Maria's dying wish. Yeah, that's the important stuff and I doubt you guys want me to talk about more stuff here so ON TO THE NEXT BIT.

MORE TIME PASSES, maybe, and Amy has teamed up with Cream and Big to hunt down various folks important to them. Yep, it's Sonic Heroes time. In this case they're following the lead of a picture of what appears to be Sonic taking off with Chocola, a chao friend of Cream's chao Cheese, and Froggy, Big's bestest buddy frog. While her other team mates are in it for good reasons, Amy is hunting down Sonic to get him to marry her. Anyway while doing this they run into all sorts, like amnesiac Shadow hanging with Rouge and E-123 Omega, the Chaotix (and Amy tells Vector to bugger off cause she wouldn't date him) and even Sonic and his friends. By the end of all this they find out that, hey it wasn't Sonic but that buttface Metal Sonic who kidnapped Chocola and Froggy. So Metal gets his ass kicked and the day is saved. Like how all these things end, except Amy didn't get what she wanted.

Shortly after that the whole "Dark Arms want to nom the earth" thing happened, and during it Amy seeked Shadow's help in saving Cream and Cheese from on of Eggman's bases. Oh and she was around during the big epic battle so she got to cheer Shadow on in committing alien genocide, yay!

Then there was Sonic 06, but like Sonic the Fighters no one cares about it! Also it erased itself from canon, so ha.

Sonic Unleashed happens, Amy hugged were-Sonic and made him depressed because she didn't know it was him. Also she cheers some old guy up by believing beyond a doubt that Sonic will save the day.

The the Riders stuff happens, not all in a row but it kinda comes down to Amy joins the races to be near Sonic. Shenanigans happen, she gets mad! Possibly people get hurt! But the day ends up saved, by Sonic! But Amy is still pissed at him, what's new!

    Character personality:
Amy is a unique young lady. As she was, when she was younger, purely a tomboy with some more girly-girl tendancies but once she got older (around the time of the events in Adventure) things got flopped around. As she's now a bit more girly-girl with tomboyish traits, since she has not qualms about getting her hands dirty considering how she fights.

She's also a very sweet and optimistic girl, seeing the good in people whom others don't usually see such things (ie: Shadow during the climax of Adventure 2). But on certain subjects she has a hair trigger temper and she can be very scary when she gets angry.

Heck, she also is relentless in the things she pursues which can also come off as scary to others. Not that she seems to notice. All in all, she is a nice girl with a few... oddities about her.

    Digimon partner personality:
Goblimon is, when you get down to it, an even tempered 'mon who just won't suffer fools lightly. Unlike her tamer, Goblimon does not have the hair trigger temper that Amy has, in fact unless you are very foolish she's pretty chill with you.

Heck, she even doesn't mind being thought of, or even reffered to, as male. Since most Goblimon tend to identify as male anyway.

She also tries to be helpful to those she is friends with, more like a big sister really, and see them mature and become better people. Which is something she wants to see happen with her Tamer, all things considered.

Goblimon also has a soft spot for cute and adorable things as well.

    Character abilities:
Amy's abilities are well, some are unique to herself while some are shared by others. Like her speed, although she's not as fast as say, Sonic, she can keep up with the best of them. And in fact she can keep Sonic looking behind him just in case she's catching up.

Although that could be because she is also skilled at tarot reading and dowsing, which she can, and has, used to find Sonic at times. It's also misguided her, as she has thought she found Sonic but instead it was some other hedgehog of possible heroic tendencies. (ie: Shadow or Silver.)

But Amy's most well known skill is her ability with her hammer, the Piko Piko Hammer. With it Amy is possibly one of the stronger characters in the Sonic universe, as with it she actually puts certain characters into a state of fear. Anyway, what she can do with it varies from the simple things, like swinging it mightily to hit foes/obsictcales. But she can also sping around with it and create mini-tornado like attacks, or heck spin it to help her hover through the air. Heck she can use it as a spring to make it so she can jump higher as well. In fact without the Hammer? Amy loses most of her combat prowess.

    Sample RP:
Amy could say that she had never seen anything like Neon City, but that would be a lie. Or at least a slight lie, as she has seen Casinopolis. This was just the same thing only on a much larger scale.

Even though Goblimon had told her that no, it's not the same thing and that Amy should be careful with where she goes in the city. That and some of the best shops seem to be here too, so her and the digimon calling herself her partner were doing just that. Shopping.

"Hm, I think we can go through here to get to where we want to go quicker, Goblimon," Amy spoke up, pointing at a side street that, to anyone normal, doesn't look all that safe. Goblimon was about to speak up, convince Amy to go another way around when Amy just goes right down that way, causing the digimon to sigh as she follows. This was going to prove to be a bad idea very quickly, as Amy accidently bumped into a large digimon.

An Ogremon to be exact, and angry as hell Ogremon too it seems. "Watch where you're going pipsqueak," the adult digimon growled at Amy, glaring at the hedgehog before giving a dirty look at Goblimon. "You should keep your pet on leash too." He added, not noticing that his comment has gotten a bit of a reaction from Amy. Like the fact that Amy is grinding her teeth.

But Goblimon notices and rolls her eyes. "I could say the same to you too, except no one sane would want a stupid 'mon for a pet," the child digimon moved to put a hand on Amy's shoulder, trying to get the hedgehog to be calm but that's not going to work this time it seems since the Ogremon seems to be jonsing for a fight.

"And you're still the dumb bitch I dated," Orgemon quipped, chuckling to himself as if what he said was the most hilarious thing ever. Which it's not, considering Amy has taken out her hammer by now and is glaring daggers at Ogremon. "Oh no, you better keep your pet in line if she's gonna try hitting me with that toy, Goblimon." Ogremon started laughing, as Goblimon sighs. She, Goblimon, wasn't going to do anything unless Ogremon had turned more violent but now...

Whelp, it's not like it lasted all too long considering how easily it seems to get Amy angry, as Goblimon is dragging Amy off quickly. "But he called you-!" Amy started to say as Goblimon kept dragging her off, before the digimon simply replied. "He's an idiot but beating up every one who says something like that means we'd be here forever, now let's go before we get into trouble!"

    Sample D-Comm Network Post:

    One phone call, I can't believe thi--Eh it's on?!

Hello anyone? Sonic? Someone! This is crazy! They put me in jail! [yes, Amy cannot believe that happened]

And and Goblimon can't get me out either, she says that it's my fault! [huff] When a lady ends up in jail for defending herself, what kind of world are we in?

Character/Series: Hinomoto Akari, Digimon Xros Wars

    Character Type: Main/secondary

    Tamer Class: Xros Tamer

    Character appearance:

    Character age: 14, after Hunters

    Xros Army:

    Cutemon – Dondokomon – ChibiKamemon – Lilymon – Knightmon

    Xros Ups:

    [X2]

    KameCutemon
Cutemon gains ChibiKamemon's helmet, shell, and chest armor, granting him improved defense and the ability to swim about more easily underwater. KameCutemon's attacks are “Supersonic Tackle”, a high-speed tackle propelled by a shout, and “Ultrasonic Arrow”, a piercing blast of sound focused like an arrow. He can also utilize ChibiKamemon's "Cora Guard" and withdraw completely into his shell.

    DonCutemon
DonCutemon resembles the digimon DonShoutmon, except it's obviously Cutemon themed and colored pink rather than red. Cutemon's arms and legs come out of the drum shaped body, with the latter holding the drumsticks. Rather than a headband, Cutemon's muffler is wrapped around it, covering up the mouth. DonCutemon's attacks are "Drum Drum Wave", a series of sonic bursts created by beating his drum, and “Sonic Drumroll”, a quick drumroll that allows DonCutemon to speed up an ally nearby.

    LilyCutemon
In this form, Cutemon gains flower petal “hair decorations” on the base of his ear-antennae, a new muffler that's tied in a flower-like shape, a “shirt” with poofy sleeves resembling Lilymon's dress, and flower petals on his wrists that can curl up into a cannon. He does however lack the skirt. Cutemon's attacks in this form are “Cutey Cannon”, a blast from his cannon that fires destructive sonic waves, and “Beautiful Ivy”, an ensnaring attack that fires ivy from his wrists.

    KnightCutemon
Cutemon's most battle-oriented Digi-Xros. In this form, KnightCutemon grows taller and gains a miniaturized version of Knightmon's armor and cape. He also carries Knightmon's Berserk Sword, which is longer and taller than he is, and shield. KnightCutemon's attack is "Squire Sword", a slash with his sword, and "Cute Shield Break", a charge with his shield held out while propelled by a sonic burst.

    [X5]

GreatCutemon [Cutemon + ChibiKamemon + Knightmon + Bastemon + Dondokomon]
GreatCutemon is identical to this, save for the lack of any elements related to PawnChessmon, Bastemon, or Jijimon. Because he lacks those digimon, he is referred to as GreatCutemon in this state rather than GreatestCutemon. As for Lilymon, who was not counted in this Digi Xros originally, his drum now has a flower symbol and his drumsticks bear flower petals. His attack in this form is "Great Sonic Wave", a powerful shockwave created by beating the drum that constitutes his lower body, "Greatsword", an attack with Knightmon's sword, and "Cutest Victorize", whereupon he draws out the shield on his back, and fires off a rainbow-like beam of energy featuring Cutemon, Knightmon, Dondokomon, ChibiKamemon, and Lilymon's individual colors.

    [Super Evolution]

    Super Evolution: Andiramon (Data)

    Kame Puck
In this form, Chibi Kamemon instead becomes a weapon called the “Kame Puck”, a weapon that can be struck and sent flying like a ballistic weapon or thrown by Andiramon himself. In this form, ChibiKamemon's defensive abilities are increased to their maximum, so there's less danger to his body being used this way. The attack utilized in this form is “Mantra Break”, where Andiramon spins wildly, building up force before throwing the Kame Puck as hard as he can.

    DonAndiramon
Rather than become integrated into Dondokomon as he was as DonCutemon, Andiramon instead has a massive Dondokomon-shaped drum tied harnessed to the front of his body, gaining drumsticks and a headband similar to Dondokomon's in the process. Nevertheless, his main attacks are similar to DonCutemon's. The main one, “Dharma Drum”, releases destructive sonic waves with each drumbeat, and “Namo Amida Butsu”, a series of drumbeats that can empower and strengthen an ally.

    LilyAndiramon
In this form, Andiramon gains much the same dress he as LilyCutemon, sans the skirt as before. He retains his attacks as Andiramon, as well as the ability to fire a wave of holy power from the flower shaped cannon created by bringing his wrists together. This attack is called “Nengemisho”. He can also chant in order to summon a mass of flowered ivy to erupt and stab at and ensnare the enemy (“Hokke-kyo”).

    KnightAndiramon
In this form, Andiramon resembles a cross between a western knight and a Sohei, or monk warrior of fuedal Japan. His main weapon is a sword called “Asi”, which is as long as he is tall and is sheathed behind his back. By drawing it, he can deliver a mighty slash in an attack called “Daevi Khadga”. He can also unleash a running strike with his shield, called “Treasure Shield”, which can shatter armor if it delivers a clean hit.

    razorsaw: (FUCKIN YAY!)
    From: [personal profile] razorsaw
Character history: Hinomoto Akari was once a normal girl, who was childhood friends with a not so normal boy named Kudou Taiki. As his best friend and de facto “manager”, Akari would support him in his efforts to assist and help out whomever needed help, all the while referring to his selfless nature as his “bad habit.” That all changed (the normal part, not the other thing; that never really stopped. Ever.) one day when Akari, Taiki, and a young man named Zenjirou encountered a strange being named Shoutmon, who was near death. After a series of bizarre incidents, Akari and Zenjirou were pulled through a strange gate along with Taiki, emerging in a place known as the “Digital World.” There, they encountered Shoutmon face-to-face, along with his friends... and an army led by MadLeomon, an officer in what was known as the Bagra Army.

After MadLeomon was driven off, Akari learned that she and the others were in a place called Green Zone, part of the Digital World. Akari was instantly distraught, wanting to return to her family and friends in the real world. However, she encountered a digimon known as Cutemon for the first time, who temporarily cheered her up before leaving with his friend, Dorulumon. Akari managed to calm herself, though she was resistant to the idea of helping Shoutmon and his friends in defeating the Bagra Army and becoming the “Digimon King.” However, in their attempt to leave, they were attacked again by MadLeomon, an event which convinced Akari that their throwing their lot in with Shoutmon was the best course of action.

After MadLeomon's third and final defeat, they encountered a girl named Amano Nene, who told them of the “Code Crown”: the Digital World was divided into different zones, and each zone had a piece of this “Code Crown.” Only by collecting all of them could they restore the Digital World to its natural state, or in a different case, with the holder having the power to remake the world as they saw fit. They also encountered a young man named Aonuma Kiriha, who cemented himself as Taiki's rival, and unlocked a new level of power after meeting Dorulumon and Cutemon again. Amidst all of this, they decided to name their group “Xros Heart”, after the ability “Digi Xros” that Taiki was able to trigger with Shoutmon and his friends.

Their next journey took them to Island Zone, where they encountered and recruited a young Digimon named ChibiKamemon. After their victory there, they moved on to Magma Zone, where they once again encountered Cutemon and Dorulumon. There, they learned their story. Cutemon had been separated from his parents, and Dorulumon had been helping him to find them. Furthermore, Dorulumon himself was a defector from the Bagra Army. After escaping from the machinations of one of the Bagra Army's three Head Officers, Tactimon, Akari and the group moved on, with Akari having made a close friend in Cutemon.

Soon afterwards, they arrived at Lake Zone, where they met a digimon named Knightmon, who served the princess of Lake Zone's Bastia Castle, Bastemon. Akari was instantly put off by Bastemon's forwardness with Taiki, and became frustrated with Taiki's overhelpfulness and their situation in general. With her doubts and desire to return home, she was easy prey for the manipulation of Lilithmon, another one of the Head Officers, who used her powers and an image of Akari's mother to trick her into bringing her Lake Zone's Code Crown. However, her friends were able to snap her out of it by stating how much they valued her, and together they stood against Lilithmon and her underlings, IceDevimon and DaiPenmon. Using Knightmon and his subordinate PawnChessmons' power, they united into Shoutmon X4K and defeated them, earning Lake Zone's Code Crown. Furthermore, Knightmon, the PawnChessmons, and Bastemon joined them on their journey.

As time passed, Xros Heart's numbers grew, adding a young treasure hunter named Revolmon, and a former Bagra Army assassin who had been reborn as a Digimon named Beelzebumon. In addition, in a zone called Heaven Zone, they learned Nene was working with a digimon called DarkKnightmon. Later, they arrived in the Forest Zone, where Akari found herself forced to perform a “Love Love Dance” with Zenjirou in order to open the gate to the Forest Zone's diety, Deckerdramon, who had been targetted by DarkKnightmon. Though she was mortified, she and Zenjirou successfully opened the gate, where they fought DarkKnightmon alongside Kiriha. In the process, they learned Nene was helping DarkKnightmon in order to save her brother, Yuu, and though they successfully defended Deckerdramon (who ended up joining Kiriha), DarkKnightmon escaped with Nene.

Deciding to save Nene from DarkKnightmon, they moved on to a zone the nefarious digimon controlled known as Dust Zone. After helping a digimon named Pinnochimon (who initially decieved them), they soon learned DarkKnightmon no longer needed Nene, as he'd successfully activated a item called the Darkness Loader, which required no General and could force a Digi Xros. With Nene cast aside, they decided to work with her subordinates, the Monitamon, and take her to a place called Shinobi Zone. They arrived there after picking up a new member named Wisemon along the way (and narrowly avoiding being devoured by a digimon called Arkadimon), only to find Shinobi Zone was under siege by the Bagra Army. The group learned from the elder of the local Monitamon village that they could get the Code Crown from Karatenmon, the digimon that held it... by making him laugh. Along the way to see him, Akari found herself developing concern for Nene's plight, and in the end, the two of them ended up working together to earn the Code Crown, becoming friends in the process.

Sometime later, Xros Heart arrived in Sweets Zone, where they learned that the Bagra Army had taken over and kidnapped the local patisseries. After discovering that the local commander, Matadormon, was a sweets connoisseur, they posed as a group of chefs that had come to see him, with Akari herself challenging Matadormon's top chef, WaruMonzaemon, to a cooking battle in order to earn audience with him. Her attempt at making a cake turned out disastrous, due in part to her friends' incompetence and some manipulation by WaruWonzaemon, but to their surprise, they found Matadormon favoring their cake. However, Matadormon threw them down to the depths below Sweets Zone, where they learned a horrific fact: Matadormon was in fact using the inhabitants of Sweets Zone to power and revive a horrifically powerful digimon named Breakdramon. What was more, Matadormon was using Cutemon's own parents for this purpose. Nevertheless, they prevailed, and saved Cutemon's parents. In the end, Cutemon stayed with the group, having gotten permission to remain with Xros Heart on their journey.

The next zone they traveled to was Sword Zone... which quickly turned into a battle with Tactimon, as with Sword Zone's Code Crown, all of the existing Code Crowns were now accounted for between the Bagra Army and the various groups collecting them. Though Xros Heart defeated Tactimon, they were all thrown into the real world by Bagramon himself, who subsequently stole all the Code Crowns they'd collected. Once they were there, they found Shoutmon had ended up coming with them, and that barely any time had passed in the real world even after several months had passed in the Digital World. There, they encountered Omegamon, the being that had chosen Taiki and sent them into the Digital World in the first place. Omegamon had been trapped as an item called a Digimemory, after he and his group had attempted to stop the Bagra Army in ages past. However, Tactimon appeared, having been sent to the Digital World along with him. He took Akari and Zenjirou captive, but in the process, their feelings of courage and friendship ended up triggering a new ability in Taiki's Xros Loader, allowing Shoutmon to evolve to a new form called OmegaShoutmon, who subsequently defeated Tactimon once and for all. Soon after, Akari and the others prepared to return to the Digital World... only to learn that Omegamon only had the power to send back Taiki and Shoutmon. Akari hugged both Taiki and Shoutmon, wishing them well, and swearing that she and Zenjirou would find a way to join them if they were able.

And so, while Taiki and Shoutmon spent a great deal of time battling Bagramon's forces in a Digital World the emperor had constructed himself, barely a day passed for Akari and Zenjirou. They would find themselves thrown back into the conflict when Bagramon, now DarknessBagramon, entered the real world and froze the entire population of earth in stone. Akari and Zenjirou however were saved thanks to the Digi-Memories of Examon and WarGreymon, who had been transported to the real world along with Tactimon. With their help, they were able to save Taiki, who had been thrown into darkness after losing Shoutmon in battle, helping him to regain his resolve for the final battle. In the end, Taiki resolved to enter the corrupted Code Crown Bagramon had absorbed into his being, with Akari accompanying him at the last minute. Together, they played host to Shoutmon's revival within the Code Crown, which had responded to Taiki and removed itself from Bagramon's control. In the events that followed, Shoutmon, using the power of the Code Crown, digi xrosed with everything, becoming Shoutmon X7 Superior Mode. They struck Bagramon down for good, and the battle at last seemed to be over, with the digimon returning to the digital world...

… or so Akari believed. A year later, Akari had transferred schools and was unable to help Taiki as often as she had before. Unbeknown to her, the distortions in the Digital World and Bagramon's actions caused the birth of a digimon named Quartzmon, who created a new dimensional space known as Digi Quartz. Unknown to Akari, Taiki had been reunited with Shoutmon and had begun investigating instances involving Digi Quartz with Nene's brother, Yuu, and a boy named Akashi Tagiru along with their digimon. Akari would find the truth, however, when she unexpectedly won tickets to a fancy dinner party at a prestigious hotel. She invited Taiki to accompany her... only to find it was all part of a Digimon named SuperStarmon's plan, who wanted to add Taiki to his collection of “super stars.” They managed to get out of it okay, but Akari was understanding when she learned the truth from Taiki, opting to want to support him in any way she could.

She found her chance when the events in Digi Quartz came to a head, as Quartzmon began to reveal himself and start transforming the real world into Digi Quartz. She learned, along with Zenjirou and the others, the secret of Digi Quartz from a mysterious old man who had the ability to create Xros Loaders, as well as the fact that he'd gathered heroes from different dimensions to assist in defeating Quartzmon. The old man gave Akari a Xros Loader, allowing her to fight alongside Taiki and the rest of Xros Heart while they worked to empower a weapon made from Bagramon's dormant power, the Brave Snatcher. Unfortunately, the group was betrayed by a young man named Mogami Ryouma, who while under mind control from Astamon, a terminal of Quartzmon, stabbed Taiki and Shoutmon with the Brave Snatcher, with Akari and the others looking on in horror. Ultimately, the task of defeating Quartzmon fell to Tagiru, as Quartzmon absorbed Akari and the rest of the world into himself. Tagiru succeeded, and Quartzmon was reduced to a Digi-Egg, returning everything to normal. It seemed that the story had finally come to an end...

… And then Akari found herself pulled into another world again.

Character/Series: Iskandar, Fate/Zero (Note: I use "Iskandar" here because that's how he introduces himself in the anime, but he will also use and respond to "Alexander", "Aléxandros", and "Rider", along with the various translations of his name, depending on the situation.)

Character journal- [personal profile] thekingisnotalone (Additionally, [personal profile] ionioi_hetairoi will be used for the partners, their icons, and to make logs clearer when needed)

    Character Type: Main

Tamer Class: Xros Tamer. Iskandar earned his place as a Heroic Spirit of humanity through his skill at leading his armies to victory and the loyalty beyond death he inspired in his subordinates. This loyalty allows him to create a Reality Marble, a materialization of a person's "self", which can only be formed by a single person with enough magical power and ability to override the world itself. Iskandar inspires such loyalty in his followers that they all share his "self", and thus can combine their individually meager power in a way that should be impossible without at least one magus. He's a general and leader before being a fighter, and his charisma and skills are naturally suited to handling a team. His entire philosophy of kingship is summed up in the phrase "the king is not alone"; he believes that a king is only a true king if he has followers who truly admire him, not merely subordinates who obey him. Having a team of Digimon in Dive would both fit this important part of his personality as well as be a thematic replacement for his ability to summon his army to his side. To further balance him out, as a Xros Tamer he will be an exceptional human instead of the super-humanly powerful magical being that he was before arriving.

    Character appearance: Link

    Character age: 32

    Xros Army:
Shoutmon (primary), Leomon, Elephamon, Aquilamon, Labramon

    Xros Ups:

Shoutmon + Aquila Chariot (Shoutmon + Aquilamon):
In this form, Aquilamon's body becomes hollow, with his back missing and a level surface inside that Shoutmon stands on. There is enough space for additional passengers, but boarding is difficult, as the Aquila Chariot can't land, nor can it be made to hover close to the ground, as there wouldn't be enough room for its wings to flap. Aquilamon's neck lengthens and his eyes seal shut as reins appear at the bases of his horns, extending to Shoutmon's hands. His wings move farther back along his body, his legs extend straight back and lock in place, and his tail splits into two and attaches to the outside of his legs, angled downward. His feet fold up so that all his talons point backwards, and his talons open up into thrusters, allowing him to move at Mach speed. Shoutmon is anchored to this form by straps around his feet, and can detach them and step aside to allow someone else to control the Aquila Chariot, but if he does, he can no longer use the techniques that it provides. The Xros will instantly Open if Shoutmon is not touching the Aquila Chariot for any length of time, such as if he falls off the back due to no longer being strapped in. While he holds the reins, Shoutmon can fire bolts of lightning from the tips of the chariot's horns ("Zeus Horn"), charge a fireball between the horns and launch it ("Blast Soul"), fire a wave of flaming razor-sharp feathers from its wings and tails ("Flame Quarrel"), and charging the enemy with its horns at high speed while engulfed in cutting winds ("Gust Charge").

    Shoutmon Elephas (Shoutmon + Elephamon):
In this form, Shoutmon becomes obese, enlarging to Elephamon's size and raising his defense, but lowering his base speed. He gains Elephamon's helmet, reshaped to match his head shape, with the turbines mounted on longer versions of his horns. The white armor on his hands and feet turns the same blue as Elephamon's armor, and his tail extends to become a trunk with the same piece of spiked armor at the end that Elephamon has. In this form, his strongest technique is "Soul Drive", where he bursts into flames and uses his turbines to accelerate into a flying headbutt. This technique becomes more effective with a longer distance in which to accelerate; if Shoutmon doesn't have enough space in which to build up speed, this technique does minimal damage. His second technique in this form is "Baleful Trumpeting", in which he lets out a terrible sound from his trunk-tail that causes nearby weak Digimon to flee in terror.

Shoutmon + Labrador Speakers (Shoutmon + Labramon):
In this form, Labramon's body vanishes and her head is duplicated, one copy next to each shoulder, each one connected to Shoutmon's shoulder by a copy of her stiffened tail and facing forward. Labramon's eyes seal shut and her mouths open wide to reveal a speaker in each. Shoutmon's first technique in this form is "Battlecry", where he lets out a loud yell into his microphone, sending the force of his soul through the Labrador Speakers and knocking back weaker opponents or stunning stronger ones, but dealing minimal damage. His other technique is "Cure Aura", where he surrounds himself with a dark pink aura that extends several feet in every direction. Anyone within the aura will have their wounds heal and their bodies purged of poisons and diseases in under a minute.

    Shoutmon Heracles (Shoutmon + Leomon):
In this form, Shoutmon's body changes to Leomon's body proportions, the armor on his hands and feet merging with the rest of his body as it reshapes. He gains Leomon's clothes and accessories, as well as a Leomon-like lion pelt, which covers his upper face and hangs down as a cloak, the forelegs around his neck and tied in the front. The ears of the pelt cover his horns and act as his new ears, and he sees through the eyes of the pelt. He carries Leomon's sword, which now has a golden blade and bursts into flames when he attacks with it ("Rockou-maru"). He retains his microphone, which he can wield as a club ("Wild Smash") or can split the stand lengthwise and unfold it into a bow, with the microphone head between the limbs and strung with a guitar string. By plunking the string, he sends a note into the microphone, which launches a fireball shaped like his head ("Rock Hero Arrow").

Shoutmon Kouvalo (Shoutmon + Aquilamon + Elephamon):
In this form, Shoutmon's head is enlarged and attached at the back to the end of Elephamon's thickened trunk, the two blades at the end of the trunk replaced by copies of Aquilamon's head feather. Shoutmon's headphones vanish and Aquilamon's horns are attached to his head where the speakers were. The trunk remains connected to Elephamon's enlarged body, and Elephamon's legs are replaced by Shoutmon's. Elephamon's head locks into place so that it's looking forward, her eyes go dark, and her turbines, which aren't enlarged along with the rest of her body, are moved farther back and connect to her sides. The thrusters from her feet are mounted on the outer rim of the turbines, the blades in the turbines are replaced with copies of Aquilamon's back feathers, and Aquilamon's vastly enlarged wings are attached to the outside of the turbines. Elephamon's tail is replaced by Shoutmon's greatly enlarged and elongated tail. Beneath his tail is a large hatch that lowers to become a ramp to a cargo hold. Inside are loops for tying down cargo and forward-facing seats that fold down from the side walls, but otherwise the interior is empty. Anything left inside when the component Digimon separate falls to the ground. His strongest technique in this form is "Drakon Laser", where he charges fire in his mouth and electricity on the tips of his horns, then fires the gathered energy in a combined beam. His second technique is "Quarrel Missiles", where feathers fire off of the trailing edge of his wings, lock on to Shoutmon's opponents, then rotate in the air to point at what they've locked on to and fly at their targets. His final technique is "Turbine Gale", where he creates hurricane-force winds from his turbines.

Shoutmon Sogdia (Shoutmon + Aquilamon + Leomon / Shoutmon Heracles + Aquilamon):
This form's appearance is the same as that of Shoutmon Heracles, except that he has Aquilamon's wings sprouting from his back, Aquilamon's horns on his head, and Aquilamon's talons in place of his feet. The cape portion of the pelt is now two ribbons ending in the pelt's rear paws, resembling the ends of a scarf trailing out behind him. He wields a spear with Shoutmon's microphone head at one end and the blade of Leomon's sword at the other, the microphone stand forming the shaft, and a pair of Aquilamon's back feathers tied to the shaft just below where the blade connects. In this form, his speed and agility are both increased. His strongest technique is "Sogdian Rock", where he slashes the enemy with the spear's flaming blade, spins it around, then strikes with the microphone, letting off a burst of flames. His second technique is "Sudden Gust", where he flaps his wings to release a strong gust of wind. His final technique is "Pinion Grappling", where he launches the feathers on his spear, which trail cables that wrap around the opponent. Once the opponent is bound, electricity comes from the spear and travels through the cables, electrocuting them.

Shoutmon Tribolos (Shoutmon + Elephamon + Labramon):
In this form, Shoutmon becomes much larger, increasing his defense but becoming completely immobile, unable to move from the location where he was formed. Because he doesn't need to use any extra energy to move, he can maintain this form for an unusually long time, especially if he isn't using any of his techniques. Elephamon's enlarged legs, spaced widely apart, are at the bottom, the nails extending into the ground as anchors. Elephamon's enlarged torso, armor to the front and rear-down, is between the legs and resting on the ground, Elephamon's trunk where the tail would be and embedded in the ground as an additional anchor that leads down to the water table, if one exists at the location. Atop Elephamon's torso, where her head would have connected, is Shoutmon's greatly enlarged upper body, arms fused to his sides and his hands resting on Elephamon's torso, also fused in place. His head is also immobile, positioned so that the V crest on his head is a flat surface, and his mouth is sealed, only his eyes able to move. On the unarmored side of Elephamon's torso, between a pair of legs, is Shoutmon's tail, split in half with Labramon's tail between the halves and forming a wide ramp with the halves of Shoutmon's tail as railings that leads to a large set of double doors. The double doors open into a giant empty room that fills all of the empty space inside the lower half of Elephamon's torso. Connected to this room are four much smaller rooms, located inside Elephamon's legs, one containing sinks, one a shower room, and the other two toilets. The water supplies are drawn up from the water table through Elephamon's trunk and the waste water is left to soak into the ground. In the event that there is no water table at that location, water can be created, but the supply will then need to be rationed, as water is produced slowly. At the back of the room, opposite the entrance, is a spiral staircase made of the blades from Elephamon's propellers. The stairs lead up to another empty room inside the upper half of Elephamon's torso, this one with arrow slits in the walls. The staircase continues to a smaller room inside the lower half of Shoutmon's torso, which contains a kitchen, a sitting area, and a dining area. The next level up, filling the upper half of Shoutmon's torso, contains four small bedrooms. The staircase ends in a small room inside Shoutmon's head, containing a conference table and screens showing the view from both Shoutmon's and the Ivory Watchdogs' eyes, with connections to allow other things to be displayed on them if need be. The hatch leading to the top of Shoutmon's head is accessed by a ladder. Anyone inside Shoutmon Tribolos has their healing rate greatly increased. No items created by Shoutmon Tribolos can leave it by any means - they vanish as soon as they're no longer inside. Similarly, nothing can be stored inside while the component Digimon are separate - the objects will simply appear on the ground when they separate. Shoutmon's first technique in this form is "Blazing Soul", where a giant transparent red image of his head appears around the surrounding area, forming a shield that bursts into flames whenever anyone, friend or foe, touches it, regardless of Shoutmon's wishes. His second technique is "Ivory Watchdogs", in which the surrounding area is filled with immobile ivory statues of Labramon, which send what they see to Shoutmon and can be commanded to attack anyone nearby with sonic barks. His third technique is "Elephant Graveyard", which causes tusks and ribs to sprout from the ground, creating a field of spikes that impedes movement. The spikes emerge from the ground fast enough that they can spear anyone who can't leave the area before they appear. His final technique is to create an orb of flame that floats above his head and launches fireballs with a high rate of fire ("Field of Fire").

Shoutmon Gigas (Shoutmon + Elephamon + Leomon / Shoutmon Heracles + Elephamon):
This form's appearance is the same as that of Shoutmon Heracles, except that he is much larger and has the same blue armor as Elephamon on his torso, forearms, and lower legs. There are three large spikes on each of his shoulders, and Elephamon's small thrusters are attached to the armor on his lower legs, allowing him to make boost jumps. He carries one of Elephamon's turbines as a shield and has Leomon's sword with the head of Shoutmon's microphone as the pommel. The hilt of the sword can extend until it becomes a long spear. In this form, his speed is lowered, but his defense is increased. His strongest technique in this form is "Gigas Strike", where he strikes with the blade of either his sword or his spear. His second technique is "Spike Missiles", where he launches the spikes on his shoulders as missiles. His final technique is "Turbine Shield Wave", where he creates a great wind that blows away his opponents.

Super Evolution (Shoutmon Heracles): Victory Greymon with Leomon's longer yellow hair instead of the normal red-orange, blue eyes instead of the normal green, and a bright red crystal on the chest instead of the normal green one.

Victory Greymon Aetos Mode (Victory Greymon + Aquilamon):
In this form, the shield halves on Victory Greymon's back are replaced with Aquilamon's wings, his feet are replaced with Aquilamon's talons, and his armor becomes the same red-brown as Aquilamon's body. His strongest technique in this form is "Sky Breaker", where he throws his sword high into the air, causing the sky to shatter like glass and dozens of weaker copies of his sword to rain down upon his opponents. This technique effectively takes the damage that would be caused by the original "Dramon Breaker" attack and spreads it over an area, trading power for the ability to hit multiple targets at once. Once all the swords have fallen, they vanish and the sky returns to normal, the original sword reappearing in his hand. His other technique is "Wrath of Ouranos" in which he raises his sword above his head and the two outer blades begin to spin around the center blade, creating a great windstorm with him at the eye. The winds blow around everyone on the battlefield other than him, both friend and foe, while lighting bolts fire from the tip of the blade, these bolts only hitting enemies.

Victory Greymon Elephas Mode (Victory Greymon + Elephamon):
In this form, Victory Greymon becomes much larger, though not obese. His armor turns the same blue as Elephamon's armor, and the shield halves on his back turn into pylons for Elephamon's turbines. Victory Greymon's strongest technique in this form is "Victory Impulse", where he uses his turbines to accelerate with his sword held out in front of him, breaking through enemy lines without losing speed. His other technique is "Whip Breaker", where the three blades of his sword split into chains of connected segments, becoming three bladed whips connected to one handle, which extend as he swings it, wrapping around his opponent and holding them in place while biting into every gap in their armor.

Victory Greymon + Labrador Speakers (Victory Greymon + Labramon):
Like with her Xros with Shoutmon, Labramon's body vanishes and her head is duplicated, one copy mounted on each of Victory Greymon's shoulders. Labramon's eyes seal shut and her mouths open wide to reveal a speaker in each. Victory Greymon's armor turns the same dark pink as Labramon's tail and ears. His first technique in this form is "Battlecry", where he lets out a loud yell, sending the force of his soul through the Labrador Speakers and knocking away everything around him, dealing low levels of damage. His second technique is "Cure Burst", where he lets out a burst of dark pink energy that instantly heals all nearby allies it touches. His final technique is "Sonic Breaker", where the blade of his sword vibrates at extremely high speed, allowing it to cut through almost anything.

Character history: [Note: I'm aware that the character of Iskandar in Fate/Zero isn't completely faithful to the historical Alexander the Great, but since I'm apping the character, not the historical figure, any conflicts will be found in favor of the Fate/Zero version, and the historical version will simply be used to fill in any blanks.]

Born in 356 BC as the son of the current king of Macedon, Philip II, Alexander III distinguished himself early as intelligent and charismatic. When he was 10, a trader brought Philip a horse in the hopes of selling it, but as it refused to be mounted, Philip turned it down. Alexander, though, made a wager with his father that he could tame it after realizing that it was afraid of its own shadow, and when he succeeded, Philip bought it for him as per their wager. Alexander named it Bucephalus, and it would become one of the most famous horses in history, accompanying him for most of his life. When he was 13, his father arranged for him to be tutored by Aristotle himself alongside several other noble children, many of which would later become his friends and generals, most notably his closest friend, Hephaistion. At 16, Alexander was left in charge of the kingdom while Philip waged war, and was victorious the first time he led an army.

When Alexander was 20, his father was assassinated, and Alexander was proclaimed king. After two years consolidating his power, putting down the territories that revolted after hearing of his father's death, and securing his northern borders, he turned towards the then-greatest empire in the world, Persia. Over the next six years he conquered the entire empire and, in the interests of seeming more like their previous kings and thus retaining the loyalty of his new subjects, adopted elements of Persian customs at court, including the Persian version of his name, Iskandar. He then moved on to conquer a large part of India over the next three years, during which time Bucephalus died of old age and Iskandar named a city after him in his memory. By that point his men were tired and wanted to see their loved ones again, so he turned back, conquering a few more tribes on the way. He returned to Babylon, the former capital of Persia, in triumph, but that happiness was short-lived. Hephaistion became sick and died before Iskandar could reach his side. Iskandar was beside himself with grief, and spared no expense in Hephaistion's funeral, which was larger and more expensive than any other funeral before it, and he even ordered that the sacred flame in the temple be extinguished, something that was normally only done on the king's death, showing how much Iskandar cared for him. Iskandar himself died less than a year later after two weeks of illness, age 32 and king of half the known world after ruling for 13 years. After his death, his generals fought over his kingdom as it broke apart, and the son born after his death was assassinated at age 13 before he could take the throne, but Iskandar had passed into legend and became a Heroic Spirit, one of the legendary figures from human history, stored within the Throne of Heroes within the collective knowledge of the world, Akasha, as a complete existence and guardian of humanity.

2317 years later, Iskandar was summoned as by a young student magus named Waver Velvet using a scrap of one of Iskandar's cloaks, which Waver had stolen from his instructor, Lord El-Melloi. Waver had summoned Iskandar for the purpose of participating in the 4th Holy Grail War in Fuyuki City, Japan, a battle for the artifact known as the Holy Grail, which would grant a wish to the victor. The Grail had chosen Waver as one of the seven Masters who would fight in the war alongside the Servant they summoned. A Servant could be one of seven classes - Saber, Lancer, Archer, Rider, Caster, Assassin, Berserker - and is chosen from the ranks of the Heroic Spirits. Each Heroic Spirit has one or more Noble Phantasms, the physical manifestation of the hero's legend, which can take the form of an ability, a weapon, or a method of attack. Each Master gained three Command Spells, each of which could be used to issue an order that their Servant couldn't disobey. However, if all three Command Spells had been used, the Servant would no longer be obligated to obey the Master and could and could act as it wished. In this case, Iskandar was summoned as a Rider-class Servant, with Waver as his Master.

Iskandar's first act after being summoned was to steal an atlas and an anthology of Homer's poetry from the library. Waver complained about Iskandar walking around in a physical form rather than an invisible spiritual form, but Iskandar replied that a thief was one who snuck away with his loot under the cover of night, while he was a conquering king, because he was walking away triumphantly instead. On a more practical note, he pointed out that he couldn't carry things in spiritual form, and gave the books to Waver to carry while he took spiritual form like Waver wanted.

When Waver stopped to catch his breath after running from the scene of the crime, he wondered aloud what was so important about the books. Iskandar appeared and told him that they needed maps if they were to prepare for war. Opening the atlas to the map of the world, he ordered Waver to tell him where Macedonia and Persia were on it. Waver told him not to talk to him like that, since he was his Master, but Iskandar silenced him with a glare, saying that he was well aware of the fact that Waver was his Master due to their contract, but that he was more interested in learning what had happened to his former territories. Waver reluctantly showed him where they were, and he burst out laughing at how pathetically small the land he had spent his life conquering truly was. After being being shown where their current location was, he began making plans for their westward journey of conquest, planning on returning to Macedonia in triumph, where his people would hold a festival in honor of his revival. Waver reminded him that he was here to win the Grail, prompting Iskandar to ask what Waver would wish for, since they would be enemies if he was after world conquest. Iskandar slapped Waver a few feet away at his response that he wanted respect for his abilities, calling his wish small, narrow-minded, and stupid, since it was foolish to go into battle concerned only for one's reputation, advising Waver that he would gain more respect if he wished to be taller. Waver asked for proof that he had enough power to win the Grail War. Iskandar responded by summoning "Gordius Wheel: Wheel of Heaven's Authority", the chariot that he had gained by cutting the Gordian Knot, the renown of the event having been what had placed him in the Rider class. As Waver sat in stunned silence at the sight, Iskandar told him to find another Servant for him to fight if he wanted the Grail.

Iskandar spent the next while learning about the current state of the world's nations and weapons, while Waver gathered information using his familiar. Through his familiar's eyes, Waver was excited to witness the death of the Assassin-class Servant when it attempted to sneak into the home of Tohsaka Tokiomi, a magus known to be a Master. Iskandar was unimpressed, since he didn't believe that a Servant that could only sneak around in the shadows could have been a threat to him. He was more interested in more important matters, like how to get enough money to buy some B-2 bombers, how formidable an opponent Clinton might turn out to be, and the usefulness of Tomahawk missiles. Waver kept going on about how the Saber-, Lancer-, Archer-, and Berserker-class Servants would be easily defeated once Iskandar used Gordius Wheel, and began wondering what they were going to do about the Caster-class Servant. Iskandar interrupted him, asking how Assassin had died. Waver admitted that he hadn't been able to get a good look at Tohsaka's Servant, since it had all happened so fast. Iskandar knocked him to the floor with a forehead flick and criticized Waver's failure to find out anything useful about Tohsaka's Servant, since he would likely have to fight him eventually. All Waver could tell him was that the Servant's Noble Phantasm consisted of throwing dozens of swords at the opponent, which wasn't enough to deduce the Servant's identity. Iskandar wasn't concerned, saying that they'd find out the details of the Servant when they encountered them, and that it would be more fun that way.

That evening, Rider and Waver sat on top of the bridge connecting the two halves of Fuyuki City, watching the warehouses where the Lancer-class Servant was projecting his presence in an attempt to call out other Servants. The Saber-class Servant arrived along with a woman who was presumably her Master, and the two Servants dueled, eventually bringing out their Noble Phantasms. Iskandar wasn't willing to risk one of them dying, wanting to have all the Servants gather together for a battle royal, and summoned Gordius Wheel, flying down from the bridge with Waver and landing between them. He introduced himself (much to Waver's chagrin) and asked them what they thought of letting him have the Grail and joining his army to conquer the world with him. Saber and Lancer were both insulted and refused his offer, to his great disappointment, although Saber's refusal revealed her true identity as King Arthur.

Lancer's Master, who turned out to be Lord El-Melloi, spoke up from the shadows, announcing his intention to give Waver a painful death for stealing Iskandar's relic. Waver cowered in terror, but Iskandar defended him, yelling at Lord El-Melloi and calling him a coward for hiding in the shadows and barking orders, unlike Waver, who was brave enough to ride with him into battle. He called out the other people who he knew were watching from the shadows to show themselves, and Tohsaka's Archer-class Servant materialized from his spiritual form, followed by a knight in black armor, the Berserker-class Servant, whose strengths and weaknesses couldn't be sensed by the Masters present.

Archer used his Noble Phantasm, "Gate of Babylon: King's Treasure", to fire dozens of swords, spears, and axes at Berserker, who defended itself by grabbing weapons out of the air and using them to knock aside the others, emerging unscathed. Archer moved to continue, but Tohsaka used a Command Spell to force him to withdraw. Once Archer had dematerialized, Berserker howled and attacked Saber with a piece of a streetlamp. From that, Iskandar was able to figure out Berserker's Noble Phantasm; any object that Berserker picked up became its Noble Phantasm, regardless of its suitability for combat.

Berserker continued to attack Saber, and Lancer came to her defense, wanting her alive so that they could continue their duel. Lord El-Melloi had no interest in chivalry, however, and used a Command Spell to force Lancer to help Berserker kill Saber. Before they could kill her though, Iskandar came at them with his chariot. Lancer leaped out of the way in time, but Berserker was trampled and was forced to return to spiritual form from the damage. Once Berserker was gone, Iskandar rebuked Lord El-Melloi for using a Command Spell that way and threatened to assist Saber if he didn't have Lancer withdraw. Lord El-Melloi knew that Lancer would lose that battle and ordered him to withdraw. Once Lancer was gone, Saber asked Iskandar what his intent had been when he'd first arrived, and he admitted that he hadn't really thought about it. He told her to finish her duel with Lancer and he would fight the winner, whoever that turned out to be. Bidding her farewell, he flew off.

The next day, the supervisor of the Holy Grail War announced to all the Masters save Caster's that Caster and his Master were using magecraft to kidnap children without bothering to cover their tracks. As the War was to be fought without allowing the bulk of humanity to learn of its existence, Caster's actions were a violation of the rules. The supervisor suspended the War, ordering all of the Masters to focus on eliminating Caster and his Master, and offering an extra Command Spell to whichever Master(s) eliminated them.

Also on that day, the "Admirable Grand Strategy" T-shirt that Iskandar had ordered arrived and he prepared to go explore outside, only to be stopped by Waver, who wouldn't let him leave without pants.

Character history: It was during the Great War with the Overlanders that Elias was lost. Queen Alicia Acorn, Elias, and a troop of soldiers from the Royal Guard, led by Sir Ian St. John, were en route to the last save haven on Mobius: Angel Island. Unfortunately as they made their way to the island a patrol of Overlanders attacked their transport. Kind Acorn feared his wife and son were dead and never told Sally the truth to spare her. The truth was Elias had survived and so did the Queen. They were discovered by the Brotherhood of Guardians. The Queen was comatose, Elias was largely unharmed, and the one surviving member of the troop was Colonel Sommersby who had survived.

The Guardians left the Colonel at the Mobian Embassy compound while the Guardians took in Elias and raised him until he was ten. They then send him to live at the compound with the Colonel and his wife. The Queen in the mean time was kept safe in a cryogenic stasis tube in Haven until she could be rejuvenated.

It was after Elias was sent to the compound that King Acorn heard word that Alicia and Elias could still be alive. He dispatched the Secret Service to Angel Island. They met the Brotherhood and Knuckles the Echidna who took them to meet Elias and the Comatose Queen. Elias returned with the Secret Service to discover he was the firstborn male and he would inherit the throne from his Father. He was unsure of his new role in the world and found becoming King really held no interest to him. Instead he decided to concentrate on making up for lost time with his family.

It was during this time he built a strong connection to Sally rather quickly. Elias was then put in charge after his father was injured during an assault on Robotropolis. Inexperienced and desperate, he turned to Geoffrey St. John for advice. Unfortunately, thanks to Geoffrey's biased decisions against the Freedom Fighters and a number of near catastrophes brought on by Elias' hesitant rule during his Father's coma weighed heavily. Luckily they were averted by Sonic and the Freedom Fighters but only just. The young prince felt unworthy to rule and in shame he fled Knothole to start a new life.

It was during this time Elias lived in Feral Forest as a woodsman. He met and married Megan and became the father of her child. Elias' self-imposed exile lasted for a while until it would come to an end when he was once again found by the Secret Service AND the forces of Eggman. He was forced to tell Megan the truth about who he was. Fortunately he and his family were saved by the Freedom Fighters just in time. He was able to at least reconcile with his family after he ran away bur he decided to remain absent from royal affairs due to his feelings of inadequacy. It was over a year later that Sonic came to him and begged for his help after Sally was married by the scheming Patch. Elias returned to claim his birthright. Patch, attempted to poison Elias after his plans were ruined but was stopped and exposed by Sonic. After he assumed his title; King Elias annulled Sally's marriage.

After taking the throne again for their once again incapacitated father, Elias found himself inheriting a number of problems; namely the horde of Metal Sonic Troopers that were build to replace Sonic during the year they believed he was dead. Of course the Metal Sonic Troopers began to rampage through Knothole. After weathering the crisis, Elias took part in Sonic's first birthday following his return and the party was held in the newly refurbished Freedom HQ. The party was unfortunately crashed by Eggman and other disturbances, Elias joined the battle for the Source of All as Mammoth Mogul and Ixis Naugus attempted to lay claim to it. Even though he fought bravely, Elias proved unable to contribute much and even failed to cleanse the Crown of Acorns from Mogul's magical taint.

Elias's first known pleasant duty as King was when he was able to preside over the wedding of Bunny Rabbot and Antoine D'Coolette. Unfortunately after this another blow was struck to Elias' already shaky confidence when Eggman was able to destroy Knothole and captured almost all of its inhabitants. Elias and the others were imprisoned in the Egg Grape Chambers where Eggman proceeded to mock Elias' ability to lead and the Acorn monoarchy. Before he could put the chambers to work however, the Mobians were rescued by Sonic, Knuckles, Amy, Tails, and NICOLE. They then took residence in the city of New Mobotropolis and Elias remained determined to carry on his duties.

Opposition of his rule came again from Amadeus Prower, Tails' Father and general of the Knothole army. After having seen how badly the House of Acorn had preformed in their duties over the past three generations Amadeus and his wife Rosemary decided that it was time for Elias to step down and a new government to be installed. Elias had Amadeus arrested for leading a mob towards the castle but afterward his own doubts began to grow. He confronted the General in his cell and listened to his criticism of his rule and left with even more doubts than before.

Max, having recovered from his poisoning thanks to the powers of a Chaos Emerald, expected Elias to hold rigidly to his own ideals and didn't make things any easier on his son. After being riled up by his Father's stubborn ideals, Elias decided he had to fight for the monarchy his family and friends have given so much for. He allowed Amadeus to reach him after he broke out of prison and challenged him to a duel. The fight lasted only a short time before Sally intervened and convinced her brother and the general there was a peaceful resolution to their problems. They both agreed and together drew up the plans for the Council of Acorn; a new ruling body that would include seven members, the current monarch and six publicly elected representatives. Elias lost some power to the people but the Kingdom retained its traditional monarchy. Max was not pleased with the outcome of the deliberations but Alicia encouraged her son to carry on and hoped her husband would see the wisdom of the idea.

The newly formed Council would be tested with the emergence of the new Enerjak. They recognized Enerjak as a threat but did not wish to act until they had more information. They did give Sally command of the Freedom Fighters, however. Unfortunatey their inaction left New Mobotropolis vulnerable as Enerjak went unopposed on Angel Island. He arrived in the city and easily defeated the defenders.

The Enerjak crisis was soon dealt with thanks to the combined efforts of Super Sonic, Juilie-Su, Locke, and Archimedes. It would only be weeks later that there was another conflict as Scourge arrived with his Suppression Squad took over Freedom HQ. Elias felt strongly that Freedom HQ should be retaken the majority of the council felt dealing with the weakened Eggman Empire was the more pressing matter. Sonic defied this order and Sally took responsibility. Elias took part in the disciplinary hearing held against her. However, thanks to her inspiring words the majority of the Council voted to drop all charges against her. Later elias ws among the first to hear that the Iron Dominion had taking over the Eggman Empire and quickly moved to assemble the Council. The entire group was then treated to a report from Sonic concerning the status of the city and the betrayal of Espio.

New Mobotropolis was taken over by the Iron Queen and the Council captured. Sonic, Sally, and Tails escaped and set out to break the Queen's connections in the Land of Dragons. The were able to do so and returned to defeat the Queen. It was then the Council retook power but the people grew afraid of NICOLE and the Nanomites and it was the opening evil had been looking for.

Thanks to the betrayal and actions of Geoffery St. John, he was able to recover a Chaos Emerald and took it to the less-than-lucis Ixis Naugus and returned him to sanity. Naugus himself then appeared before the Council of Acorn and demanded they make him King as he claimed he had the true right to the crown. He claimed Max had made a deal with him while they were both imprisoned in the Zone of Silence. Elias refused by saying he had inherited the crown when his father was unable to rule and did not intend to turn it over to the being that caused his father much suffering. The arguments were interrupted by Sonic, who faced Naugus in battle with Elias himself giving Sonic the Sword of Light.

During the fight, Naugus gained the upper hand against Sonic and Elias jumped in, taking the Sword of Light and dueled against the Wizard himself. He was able to hold his own for a while before being subdued. Naugus stopped the fight and gently asked Elias to step down and retake his life before the crown. The councilors and Sonic were arguing about the next course of action thanks to Naugus's magic. Elias asked Naugus if he would honor the Council of Acorn should he step down and Naugus agreed he would respect the people's wishes. Sonic interrupted and wanted to finish his battle with Naugus but Elias stopped him, saying they would settle this peacefully. Sonic was in disbelief but before Elias could reprimand him further the ground began to shake and they all witnessed the raise of the new Death Egg.

After the Death Egg retreated thanks to Sonic and Sally's action, Naugus approached Elias and requested the crown. Sonic interrupted again and desperately tried to tell the people that the wizard was a villain. Unfortunately after learning of Sally's recent Robotization, Elias was send into a downward emotional spiral which Naugus capitalized on and used it as an example that Elias was not fit to rule. In that moment of shock and confusion, Geoffrey snatched the crown from Elias' head and placed it on Naugus'. The change of power was instantly accepted by the people and Elias was dethroned.

Elias' power as a council member was in question when the citizens refused to listen to him during the Battle Bird Armada's attack on the city. He was able to retain some power of authority over the Royal Guard as they kept Geoffrey cuffed for trail during the evacuation. Elias turned his attention on rebuilding after the attack and found Councilor Rotor shared his concern about the public's lack of discretion towards their choice of leadership.

Elias soon decided the city was no longer safe for his family now that Naugus was in charge. He could not convince his parent to move to Feral Forest with him and it greatly stressed him. He was at a loss and feeling his family would always be in danger he sought help from Harvey Who to help him reclaim the throne. Harvey at first refused Elias but after Elias proved he was dedicated to his cause, Harvey agreed to help. He was advised to continue his plans to leave while Harvey assembled a covert team of Freedom Fighters to help him once he sneaked back into the city. It was during his farewell Eggman attacked and Antoinie saved Elias and his family by attacking Metal Sonic by himself. The robot self-destructed in his face and was left barely alive. Elias was told to continue on with his escape and not to turn back, though knowing one of his friends had done such a thing for him had wounded him greatly.

    Character personality:
One of the things that makes Elias himself is his strong moral compass. He has always had a strong feeling of right and wrong and uses it to drive many of his decisions. He isn't one for dishonesty and his drive as a ruler is what is best for his people. He's never been one for the pursuit of power and more the pursuit of justice. It is this compass that has also lead him to want the respect from people, especially his father, and why he is such a harsh judge of himself. He knows what is right but because of his need to be validated as a good ruler it makes him hesitant.

This hesitance is what leads to his lack of self-esteem. He has problems with doubting himself and second guessing his decisions. This lack of confidence in himself leads him to seeking help form outside sources and unfortunately they aren't always in the best places i.e. Geoffrey St. John. This may have been the reason he was able to accept the idea of the council as he did. It allowed him to surround himself with advisers who had the same goals as he did and people to bounce his ideas off of. Unfortunately, with his own power decreased he still found himself and his ideas being hesitant.

While his moral compass he shares with his sister, he also got his father's temper. Elias is quick to anger and once he holds a grudge he isn't one to let it go easily. He is also stubborn and with the quick temper it makes him one to resort to blades rather than discussion, unlike Sally. This part of him has subsided some but it is still there and is obvious in his actions; such as dueling Amadeus and attacking Ixis on his own in the council room.

Overall Elias is a good King because of his lack of want of power and his moral compass but unfortunately due to his anger and his hesitation it keeps him from being a great King. If he could overcome the self-doubts and the anger he could be a very effective leader of his people but until he does he will simply be a good King, not a great one.

Digimon partner personality: PawnChessmon (White) is a quiet calm digimon on the surface. He thinks things through before acting and prefers to think out his moves well before engaging in batte. He is always thinking ahead which hinders him in the here and now. He is a calculating digimon and is always looking for ways to come out on top. This gives him a bit of a gray moral standing overall. He is willing to sacrifice things and even people in his quest for gain. He wants to be powerful, to be a strong piece on the board and with Elias as his partner, he will help lead him in the direction he thinks will be the more beneficial to them both power-wise. To him strength comes first and then one can get the other things in life one wants. Power equals opportunity for this digimon and with an ex-King as a Tamer he sees this is finally his chance to gain the power he's always wanted.

    Character abilities:
Elias is a good fighter and skilled in martial arts. He can fight hand to hand though his main weapon is a set of exotic daggers with strange handles that run parallel to the blades. His weapon set allows him to fight effectively against longer bladed weapons. He is also able to use standard blades, though not nearly as skilled as his daggers. Elias is an effective melee fighter and can hold his own though he is not nearly as skilled as the Freedom Fighters or the Chaotix.
Elias is also an effective tactician and a skilled leader. He can be very charismatic when he wants to be and believes in himself. His leadership skills are unfortunately still inexperienced and could use more sharpening. He is willing to sacrifice things for his people and those he holds charge over. He could lead a small group fairly well as long as his confidence would hold up though when he is fighting by himself he is far more effective thanks to not needing to watch out for others.

    Sample D-Comm Network Post:
[The camera comes on to show a squirrel Mobian leaning against a free. His brown vest and blue shirt are torn up and he has some bruises and cuts over his body. He swallows before he speaks to the camera.]

My name is Ki-...[He stops himself and swallows again.] Elias Acorn and...I'm not sure how I got here. Am I in another Zone? I fell out of the air and through a tree. This strange armored creature says it's my partner? I think I may need some assistance. If anyone can see this please contact me. Thank you.

[He tries to move a little and winces, the D-Comm dropping from his hand and shutting off as it hits the ground.]
