You have been pulled into a parallel universe known as the Digital World, a dimension formed from digital information and shaped by emotional energy from throughout the multiverse. This world is populated by creatures called “digimon”, monsters with amazing powers and hearts just like yours or mine. At the heart of it all is Yggdrasil, a massive super computer that has summoned you and many others here for the sole purpose of answering a single question: Will this world be saved, or destroyed?
You are a Digimon Tamer. Chosen to either command the power of Digi-Soul, to use your skill to master option cards, to transform into a digimon, or to command and combine an army of them. In your task, you are faced with several great obstacles. The Seven Great Demon Kings seek to gain power over the Digital World, while groups like the Dark Area and Virus Busters, both of them driven by fear and prejudice, wage a war of attrition. All the while, various nefarious groups all vie to realize their ambitions.
But the Digital World also houses great wonders and chances for adventure. There are as many digimon that are as welcoming as there are ones that are dangerous. Through being a Tamer, you can form an inseparable bond with this world, and the creatures that populate it. The only question is...
